I got the broccoli cheddar soup. It was extremely good. Should have gotten a full bowl. Also got half a chicken sandwich. Very good too. All the employees were very nice and helpful. I hadn't been to a Panera for about 25 to 30 years. There are none in my area.
I just went in late and had a charged lemonade! New to me. They have lots of new items and I love Panera. The only minus this time is .. the place was pretty empty but every table was dirty. I really don’t understand that. My charged lemonade was fine.

I'm am a regular at this location, visiting at least a few times a week. I often add a latte to my food order or get just a latte by itself, and have been really disappointed lately. I waited to post a review as I thought it was an outlier event, but this has happened the past 3-4 times. I ask for a hot almond milk latte with no whip cream and this is what I get (see photo). I ask for my money back, or for another one and they remake it for me, but still. Can't y'all make a whole drink if you're gonna charge me $4 for it? Really ridiculous.
I'm not sure what's going on, but on our visit today- it was FILTHY. Every. Single. Surface.When I asked where the self order units went, they were shocked that they were missing.Very disappointing visit. I know help is hard to find, but yikes...
Last night (05-09-22) my daughter and I were driving home through Louisville and wanted a fast, healthy dinner which really limited our choices. We live in central time zone so while it was shortly before 9 pm Louisville time it felt earlier to us. We knew it closed soon so we rushed to get there. We had planned to both get the pick 2 and get a half sandwich and maybe soup or salad. First, when trying to order they were out of every bread option except white bread, then every sandwich we picked was out of at least one additional item, the soups we wanted were out of stock as well, so we decided to pick 2 between the two of us. We chose a salad, citrus Asian Crunch Salad (mainly because it was only missing 1 ingredient) and the Baja Bowl. While the Asian Salad seemed to have all the ingredients it was tiny. The Baja bowl was a disaster. The brown rice was CRUNCHY (maybe from sitting out?) and while there was no mention of being out of avocado there was none on her bowl (the avocado was the reason she chose this). We have eaten at other Panera's close to closing and realize sometimes they will be out of a few things but they were out of a tremendous amount of items. Both my daughter and I were super disappointed with our experience.
Great service Derby weekend! Went for lunch and was surprised how quick, precise, and delicious my detailed, large order was recievied.
Typical panera experience and quality. Food was prepared well, and lightning fast! Great lunch stop.
They seemed to stay busy the whole time I was there. My order was correct and the food was good.
