Had a larger order for lunch to day and everything came out fresh and on time. Gentleman handling pick up orders was kind and helpful.

Always good food. Still pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Sandwiches were mostly bread. I got the steak and cheese and there wasn't much there, steak or cheese. Soup was great, it always is. It was hot, service was pretty fast for lunchtime downtown.
Horrible Service!! Ran out of bread and had to order something else...and they even got that wrong. I submitted and order for our Company lunch and wasn't provided a receipt. Get it together Panera!!!
This was my first visit at the Chestnut Street location and it was not a pleasant experience. When I arrived there was one person behind the counter and no one at the register. I reviewed the menu prior to my arrival so I knew what I wanted to order. I just had to confirm that the item was still on the menu. So I stepped up to the register, no one else in line and waited. I looked over at the person behind the counter and they just stared at me. Finally after a few minutes they walked over to where I was standing and took my order. The teriyaki chicken & broccoli lacked flavor and was luke warm. In addition, we are in the mist of a COVID pandemic and the bread was just thrown into the bag.
I was not there recently! It has been months since I was there. The whole process set up is awkward. Just another good location for high traffic areas... would rather go elsewhere nearby.
Great food, great service, a little crowded, but I like it because it shows that others like it too.
I didn't care for the coffee I picked Hazelnut, the creamers that was there topick from was not many (disappointed)
Great place to eat while visiting the Novak Center. We're here every other week, and always enjoy our meal here.
