Don't recommend eating here. Food doesn't taste good at all. How can chow mein taste fishy? Teriyaki chicken reminded me of microwaved chicken. Starting to feel sick as well.

Didn't have multiple items i asked for with a couple hours so let in the day before they close. After they made the food had to wait a couple minutes before they checked us out as no one was at the cash register. Wife grabbed a couple cups to get water since we were standing there and no one was checking us out, and when they got back, made us pay over 4 dollars for drinks bc we grabbed the wrong cups.

Not sure why they would make 3 orders before mine. U can watch everything and they even took new customer orders before I got my very simple order. Ridiculous how u can get caught up in waiting 30 mins while 7 other customers that came after me got their food.

The food is good, not exceptional - just what you would expect from a fast food Chinese restaurant. The young girl, working the counter, was very friendly and helpful. Even with the distribution issues, they still are able to provide a large selection of dishes.

Worst customer service. Went to drive thru. They told me chicken was going to take 15 minutes to wait. Told them it’s fine. They asked to pull around to wait. After waiting for 30 minutes I called the store to check on the order. The guy on the phone acted clueless and asked if I may be ordered from a different location. I told him what I ordered. Then he asked me what kind of car I’m in then hung up on me. While I still didn’t get my answer. Then he came outside and I asked to see the receipt like he didn’t believe me that I ordered 30 minutes ago from them. Then I just asked for a refund. 45 minutes of waiting for nothing. Giving 1 star to them is being generous on my part. This is not my first bad experience there. It’s just shameful how bad of service they have there. Food is never ready, orders always messed up.

Completely botched my order at the drive thru.I had to drive back to return it( no didn’t check before I left),- upon returning they were unapologetic. They took the food back and replaced my order. I never saw them dispose of my order ( Orange Chicken).I’ll never go back to this location, or any other Panda Express location.Food was GARBAGE also….

I ordered wok shrimp and the put some kind of breaded pork. Of course the charge is extra for shrimp but give me what I payed for!!!!!! I also gave $5 to the children hospital so screw me on my order. Now they won’t answer the phone!

When a doordash driver failed me and this panda location, the manager was so nice and helpful. I am extremely grateful for her extra effort and help it getting my order to me!!! Food was fantastic too!

I door dashed for a customer who ordered food here! When I walked in the cook behind the counter wasn't paying attention to the door dash order and kept asking me to place my order I kept telling him I'm only here to pick up a door dash order I'm not buying anything food! He ignores me and starts scooping up chicken fried rice and I get his attention one more time for the door dash order and he acts like he didn't want to get it! He was rushing and nervous because he knew he was wrong!!!! Customer service here is non existent!!!!!!

I dunno what's going on here but I ordered through Door Dash and had to end up canceling the order. The dasher waited outside for 30 minutes and called inside.. they told her they would have the order out in a couple of minutes. She waited 15 more minutes and tried going inside but the lobby was closed. She said there weren't any cars going through the drive thru so it didn't look busy. At this point it had been an hour since they confirmed the order. Just awful.
