We had a good time. It was my wife's birthday and we had a party of 18 people. We planned ahead and made reservations and they were able to seat us 5 minutes early on a Friday night. Our waiter Jesse took great care of us and all of our food arrived in a timely manner and the food was hot as well. Great job Jesse. When you go to Outback Clarksville Indiana see Jesse he will take care of you.
The wait for a table was about 30-40 minutes but they were pretty busy.Our appetizers came fairly quickly but our meals were slow in coming due to two large groups being seated right before us...which we understood.However, it was not our typical Outback experience when our meals arrived as they were not exactly what we ordered. I ordered a steak and chicken combo with the steak "medium well" but instead it was VERY red in the center with blood. Our daughter ordered the new fried chicken (boneless chicken breast rolled in blooming onion batter) dinner with two sides and instead she received a chicken sandwich with only one side. Our other daughter ordered the adult chicken tender platter and it had a huge amount of fries and very few tenders. My husband received his dinner as ordered and said it was delicious.We could have requested that the meals be corrected however due to the wait for our meals to arrive we were pushed for time in order to get our daughter to her Project Grad event so simply ate what we were brought (except for my steak which I brought home to cook a bit more.)Hopefully if we decide to try Outback again in the future we will have a better meal experience.
Three of us ate there yesterday . Three chicken on the Barbie all not edible . Barely cooked . Should have sent them back but was in a hurry .
Enjoyed a meal at the bar last night. Both gentleman who served us were knowledgeable of the menu, conversational and made our meal a pleasure. I had the lamb chops on recommendation and my brother had the outlaw ribeye. Our food came out hot and delicious in decent enough time for as busy as they seemed.Will definitely be back, thanks guys
Excellent server! She provided great prompt service and checked on our large party frequently. The food was pretty good as well. The prices were reasonable and there were many options to choose from. I would definitely return.
We came in for lunch and our waiter Harley was the best ever, very polite, great service and knew suggestions based on experience. Because he made the luncheon memorable we will only come to the Fern Valley location from now on. He deserves a raise and a new position to train the rest of the wait staff. Service was impeccable!!

Wanted a nice dinner, but did not feel like going out. I decided I would get curb side and it did not disappoint! Everything was amazing and cooked perfectly! The lady who helped me, Cece was exceptional. I could tell she really loved her job and she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted. It was freezing outside and she was shivering cold, bur that did not affect her great attitude. I hope she’s my server next time I dine in so I can enjoy her smiling face
The service was great, and we got seated fast. But that's why they got two stars. My Fiance and I decided we'd try it out since I've never been. The food was no better than what I can cook at home. The steak was surprisingly plain. And don't get ranch on your salad if you don't like a weird spicy ranch that doesn't taste like ranch. My grilled chicken was overly seasoned. Maybe my expectations were too high.
We came in to eat hostess acted like she didn’t want us to be there it was 1030pm and they close at 11pm.Then the manager making hand motions to speed it up. My husband went to the restroom and heard another waitress talking bout us being there. The food was good but the attitude from the employees would not make you want to come back.
