Mostly good experience with the Middletown location. Frequent customer and love their products. But, was recently ripped off. Ordered a white chocolate raspberry cake. Got it home and discovered there was no raspberry filling inside. Took the cake back to the store and the response was a shrug. Supposedly sometimes you get actual filling and sometimes you don't. ?I can handle mistakes but unprofessional and uncaring customer service means no more of my hard earned money.

We're a family loaded with birthdays and celebrations during the last 2 months of the year! We try to mix it up a little, but this is our favorite... our go to for birthday cakes. They're always delicious!

Love the cakes themselves, was sad with the service. I didn’t know about the Strawberries and Cream until after I had placed my order, saw immediately after. I asked if I could exchange two bundtinis of confetti for two of the strawberry. I was told that I wasn’t allowed to make changes after the order was placed since I custom picked my flavors instead of getting their basic dozen.Really frustrating.
The birthday cake I picked up was correct and beautiful! They did a fantastic job! The person that helped me was super friendly!
