A friend ordered a 1st birthday cake for my daughter and a bundlet as a smash cake. I couldn’t get the cake on the day it was supposed to be picked up. I did get it the following day. The ladies are nicer in person but over the phone they was a lack of care and professionalism. Overal good experience though cause the cake was great
I do not know which box to check they are all wonderful delicious flavors the customer service is 100% and I will go nowhere else for special occasion desserts. Happy Easter everyone Kasi Nethery Number one fan!
Amazing red velvet cakes! Beautiful and slightly addictive! Cake was there and ready within 20 minutes.
We get most of our birthday cakes here. My twins love the red velvet. One gets frosting the other doesn’t. Who doesn’t love their frosting? We have purchased bundtlets and budtinis several times as well and they are always delicious . They never last long with the kids. All the flavors are delicious. Signup for the birthday club and get a free bundtlet on your birthday.
Their cakes are delicious but their customer service is TERRIBLE. Our accountant gives us a cake every year and their cakes have always tasted great. We particularly enjoyed the red velvet flavor one year. This year we were out of town when they attempted to deliver. They didn't call in advance to see if we were home to receive a perishable item nor we were offered the option of a re-delivery so we had to go to the store to pick it up. Despite calling the day prior (before cakes for the next day were made) they refused to change the flavor of the cake even though the pricing is same for both flavors. Furthermore when I went to pickup the cake they had plenty of red velvet cakes available for sale but still refused to substitute. Yes I understand a particular flavor has to be chosen in advance for delivery but not to allow a substitution in this circumstance is just bad customer service. I was left with a bad taste in my mouth that I am not sure even their great tasting cake can erase.

Great customer service! My mom placed a pick up at the other location ( I didn’t know there were multiples) so I came to this one assuming that they would have my cake. They were so helpful and were able to make my order at that location so I didn’t have to get stuck in traffic. I’m very impressed by the amazing staff and delicious cake!
