we use to love this place until the last few experiences. we've always ordered carry out, just easier, but this place went downhill. the most recent carryout was the worst, convinced me to never order here again and made me consider fighting for a refund which has never happened before. (i sent an email and never recieved a response) the carryout was set for 5:30, bf arrived a little later and was told they were having issues so it would be a little longer. no problem. multiple groups came in after him, ordered, and recieved their food before he received our order. then he was told they "didn't know our order was put in". he was then handed *cold* food, one meal being half the size of the other. obviously the food had been sitting around if it was cold. for the price especially I'm extremely irritated and disappointed since we thought we found a decent grub spot.

A different kind of burrito the size of your head, with interesting ingredients and flavors to choose from. Small shop with like seating, but it suits the vibe. Fast and friendly service, with takeaway being a popular choice among customers. Good guacamole and (I think) homemade chips. Make sure you go hungry, as portions are large.

First time visiting but will definitely go back given the opportunity. I don’t live in the area. I tried the onda nueva fries and the basher burrito. Both were great and the portion could’ve feed two people easily. I had to push the plates away from me to keep from eating them. Staff were friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time. I enjoy the atmosphere as its laid back and welcoming. I’ve only left two reviews in my life for restaurants. The other was due to a horrible experience in another place/state. This one is for the opposite reason. I wish them the best of luck in life moving forward!!

This is, for sure, the best place to get a burrito in the whole city. Everything they make is delicious; The giant burritos crafted with tender, loving care, the elotes dusted with magical seasonings and cheese, the delicious cocktails masterfully mixed, and the weekly specials that are sure to tantalize both your tongue and your creative spirit. I love the environment too, everyone is always very friendly, the decor is beyond cool, and the pinball machines are just a sweet addition to an already rad place. I come here every chance I can get, if I lived closer I'd definitely be there daily.

Great sized burritos for the price! But I'd rather have a good tasting smaller burrito. This place charges 13.50 for something that can be made from a local grocery store. Fries in a burrito is a staple for a California Carne Asada, but soggy fries from a bag purchased at Kroger doesn't do it for me.I'm assuming it's better when you dine in rather than take out.

I had the Lemmy burrito in a bow for $13.50, plus chips and cheese dip for $5.50, unfortunately was 2 oz. of beef a ton of French fries, guacamole and few fixing in the bowl. I was not impressed by the taste and very small bowl. I did enjoy playing ping ball machines.

Awful experience. 3 attempts needed to eat at this place, it is very small only few tables to dine in or they were close cleaning but not informed on the website. The lemmy bowl I choose was full of fried potatoes and few straps of greasy steak. The portion was small for the super high price, a Taco bell burrito is lower price and more close to a real burrito. The place is not clean.

Super fast service. Funky vibe. Amazing chipa, LOVED the salsa! Our burittos were fantastic. Thanks to groupon for this find! Highly recommend!!

I've enjoyed everything I've had from New Wave Burritos. You can have any burrito as a bowl, but even over fries or tater tots which is a lovely feature. The Onda Nueva Fries are spectacular. Overall, it's a diverse menu that is fairly-priced for the quantity and quality you get.I've only gotten takeout but the atmosphere in the restaurant is fun, I'd like to dine-in and try their margaritas sometime.

I love these folks. Rarely do they mess up my order, and their deliveries are always on-time. Their Onde Nueva fries are a must-have, and their burritos are tight, sufficiently priced and expertly rolled. New Wave is my favorite local delivery joint. Long may they live!
