Do not believe the website hours! Everything is closed by 2pm. Lots of signs saying open. Omni needs more food options and needs to honor the hours posted.

The staff was very nice and the restaurant is beautiful, however the food was underwhelming and our order was incomplete. We watched two tables that were seated after us served before us (our order was nothing that wasn’t already prepared or easily put together). The manager was attentive when the mistakes were realized but it was too little, too late at that point.

Management is kind and welcoming. Don made sure our experience was top notch. Ask for the best waiter: Tim who was friendly, efficient, and tentative to our needs.

I asked to speak with the manager. When a restaurant has mixed reviews on Google, I like to "pick a side," if you will. To start, the hostess was friendly, pleasant, and seemed to enjoy her job (I am so sorry I did not get your name!) We had Tim as our server...it looked like he was the only server the whole time. We ordered drinks, which were perfect. The appetizers were clearly hand crafted and fresh (Dynamite shrimp and salsa/chips). The menu, although not extensive, had variations of beef, chicken, burgers, and plant based. We both had the burger and they were outstanding! The "little" things like using fresh red picked cabbage as a garnish, fresh pickled cucumbers, fresh arugula, toasted brioche roll, etc really created a unique experience that pleased the palate. We spoke with the manager, again I failed to remember the man's name, but he was also pleasant and friendly. I should mention that he was clearing tables and helping his staff the whole time, which is commendable in the industry nowadays. And so, we will be returning for breakfast on Monday and I anticipate another great meal. Give this place a try for sure!

Great experience! Most other places within the area were reservation only due to a concert and we were seated right away. Very friendly staff and great food!

The manager Don was one of the rudest managers I have ever talked to. Food when received was cold & not fully cooked as we have been consist customers ordering the same meals… after getting bad food, called the manager and he was one Rude guy… only wanted to replace one meal(2) ordered both disgusting… the manager(Don) should be reprimanded on how to handle customers!

We had breakfast there for Father's Day and the food was good and the service could not have been better. Our server, Michelle, was very friendly and welcoming, and provided us with excellent service. We'll definitely be back!

I am a huge fan of Neighborhood Services in the various Dallas locations. Unfortunately, this location just doesn’t measure up. The food was really terrible. I mean awful! Stale croutons, rubbery chicken, mystery flavored and overcooked meatballs, cold greasy fries, and the list goes on. Our server was very nice as was the manager, but all things considered, I would avoid this place.

It’s overpriced for what you get. The avocado toast was soggy and lacked flavor. Also, they charge $14 for a subpar mimosa.

My girlfriend and I came here for our anniversary. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the service was perfect (never waited for service but never felt like we were being hounded either). Our server Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and made some solid recommendations. I got the filet mignon with whipped potatoes and my girlfriend ordered the scallops, and both of us LOVED our meal. Probably the single best thing I’ve ever eaten. (The wine was good too.) Would definitely recommend for a special occasion.
