My wife and I just had an amazing meal tonight at this restaurant. We had only ever been here once before and extremely happy that we revisited a handful of years later. What’s not to love?Mussels? Yeah.Burgers? Yeah.Beer and bourbon? Hell yeah!Our server, Casey, was absolutely wonderful and they are lucky to have her as an employee. Prompt service, refilling of drinks, easy to talk with, excellent suggestions on what to order, a wonderful gem.We started with the Curry Cream Mussels and pleasantly surprised at how delicious they were. My wife ordered the Spanish Blue burger and I had the CEO burger which was equally as delicious. For my meal, it came with steak truffle fries, which, turned out to be giant delicious Jo-Jo fries. I kid you not, each one was 1/4 of a potato! In hindsight, I would recommend to cut those one more time for more crispy edges ?.At the end of the day, we recommend you head on over, buy both mussels and a burger, grab a drink, and hope you get the wonderful Casey as a server!
We started with the curry mussels. They were very good. The burgers were straight amazing. The BBB, the argentinian, and the BBQ burger. We all sampled each other's burgers and we had a hard time deciding which one was better. It was basically a 3 way tie. The sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly. Paired with the pineapple dipping sauce put it way over the top.
Sat at the bar, as we usually do. The bartender was awesome, great bourbon selection and the mussels were the best I've ever experienced. We'll be back soon!!
Awesome food, staff and “ feeling”. We stopped in for diner on our first night in Louisville - went back two more times. The menu is eclectic- we found lots of things to try. Drinks are ample. Service is terrific. Decor is “old bar”. Fun. Try the mexicorn for your side instead of plain fries. Oh and the gin martinis are great.
Stopped in on a recommendation from a friend on a weekend trip to Louisville. Burgers were cooked to our liking and were juicy and hot when served. The fries and sweet potato fries were both good. Great food and drink recommendations from the bartender. We ate at the bar and had good service. Wasn’t too crowded and had a nice atmosphere.

Great location as it was a couple minute walk from our hotel to the restaurant. Busy place and for good reason. Food was great. We each enjoyed a delicious flavorful and juicy burger: a local burger and a bacon cheeseburger. Service was friendly and informative. Our food took 40 mins to be delivered from time of order on a Wednesday night which was disappointing, but, that is the way of the restaurant world these post Covid days due to staffing issues. We are not lessening their rating as a result. Our server kept us informed of its progress. There were several other items we wanted to try on the menu but we could only visit for the one day. Several tables were piled up with mussels so they must be delicious. Atmosphere is fast paced but yet relaxing. Highly recommend.
