We went there as a big group and the staff still welcomed us in! I ordered a vegan chicken stir fry and the host gave it to me straight about people's opinions on the dish, honesty which I appreciated greatly. I ordered some boba, too, and the pearls weren't as firm as I'd prefer, but the drink was good, nonetheless. Some things worth mentioning are the facts that the women's bathroom requires a code to enter, and the door is tough to open! Other than that, you will walk out feeling fed!
My daughter has ate here for years. Yesterday she got someone to pick her up a chicken hibachi. When they brought it to her it was so greasy she couldn't eat it. She called the place and the customer service was terrible. No desire to make things right for an unhappy customer. Very disappointed ?
Quality food and fast service. Would give a 5 if they weren't so serious. Smile a little more. Customers appreciate that as well.
The sushi that they make at this establishment is so fresh and delicious, the customer service is great and they’re very nice. I don’t wanna get sushi from anywhere else!!!
Used to I wss like best place. You got quantity, quality was OK. Now.Maybe it was just a bad day but now I mean %30 more expensive the the rolls were even substantially smaller the nori was old.. literally it was like eating rubber, and omg the fish they used was definitely not sushi grade either it to was old, dired out or they are just cracking a tuna can and shoving it in there. Get you some real sushi for a couple bucks more some where else.
The food is really good and it's a convenient place to have a fast and nutritious meal. I particularly value their meat free offering. However I regret that they do not offer brown rice like they did before pandemic and that they serve food for here in these horrible Styrofoam boxes which make it impossible to combine different ingredients. More over using plastic forks to eat from the box is inconvenient and annoying. Please have brown rice back and serve the food on plates. Until then I take a ? off for each of these strikes, hopefully not for long!
For the price, food is generally good and filling. I've never dined-in, so I cannot speak on the service. Whenever I order takeout, food is prepared in 20-30 minutes even during dinner rush. My go-to order is hibachi chicken. My only complaint with the restaurant is at times they will overcook the chicken. Recently this hasn't been as much of a problem, but if it pops up again I will edit my review.
We ordered yesterday and it's very good, not sure if they just had a mix up with there to go boxs because I was definitely able to tell it was smaller. So I'm paying more for less. Hope it was just a mix up.
Great prices and fast service. I had the spicy three roll special. It was a tasty lunch.
My order was correct but the steak was burnt! Very burnt. Very crispy and very crunchy. Will not be returning.
