I love McAlisters food and choices for healthy options. It was really busy at lunch. Some tables were dirty and not bused but I noticed the two young men that were delivering food and cleaning tables on 6/4/22 were working as fast as they could. The manager kept delivering verbal orders to them like they could get more done. You could tell the store was short on help. I just hope the female manager doesnt run those two young gentlemen off with her demands. They couldnt do it all. I was pleased with my service and loved the food. I just hope that manager rewards the good staff she had and remembers its not their fault others wont work these days.

Excellent food. Love getting lunch here. Order via app and pickup is seamless.

While eating at McAlister’s in Middletown this morning I witness the manager speaking to a minority Uber driver very rudely. He was completely unprofessional and out of line.I won’t be back.

This has been a regular go-to for dinner multiple times a week when we don't feel like cooking! So many healthy options to choose from, couldn't make the McAlister's Club, my favorite, for much cheaper by buying the needed ingredients from the grocery store, so why not--and the produce and meats are always top shelf from McAlister's.

Ordered two chicken Cesar salads only to come home and see there is no chicken on either salads. This is not the first time with issues with orders. Also hanging up on customers after putting them on hold. Staff needs serious training. Poor service.

Sweet ICED TEA does not taste as it used to. Not as sweet. French Dip was too cheesy and barely and meat.

This store is always so cleanStaff are friendly and polite.Food is always correct.Thru need to go around to other Mcallisters Louisville locations and reach their skills to their staff.

Well my kind boss and director of the library knew that my family of 19 were gathering in my home the December 30th to pick out the casket for my loving husband after a sudden and unexpected death. one daughter flew in from Colorado springs her husband drove a van full of his four children for her 17 hour drive to get here for this unexpected death. Then a daughter and family with her husband and four children drove from nolensville Nashville Tennessee area we were all traumatized and exhausted. We had just spent from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home making arrangements my sweet boss sacrificed $185 to feed us and I come home and I noticed several sandwiches in the garbage and the last tray I'm seeing this black toast I could send a picture to the edges were as black as the black tray seriously you would send out something when a loving and benevolent boss sacrifices $185 and your negligent to send burnt toast in my guest discreetly throat some sandwiches away there shouldn't be one burned piece of toast and there was way more than one piece of toast that's what I think is the reason you have to strive for excellence on every order you never know what a family is going through and when someone sacrifices to send their sympathy you need to do a professional job McAlister's in Middletown

I spoke to the manager who goes by the name Randy because I found a hair in my Mac n cheese and he claimed it was my hair but they hair found in the Mac n cheese was long and blonde but my hair is dark brown but he refused to believe me when I showed him the hair. Terrible customer service, I asked for a refund and he declined then when I was leaving I saw him throwing butter at his employees. I don’t know what type of work place McAllister’s is running but that’s assault. I will not be back here ever again.

Good food. Clean and friendly. This is my sister and I go to place for lunch. She is older and uses walker so it's easy for her to get around in n out.
