I tried to get a sweet tea, stood in line for a while but left disappointed with no tea. But it happens.
Toast your bread! Ordered for an event for a 40 people and the food was not good. Chicago does everything better. They didn’t even cut the sandwiches. Horrible experience and horrible food.

Did an online order for pick up, they had it ready in under 15 mins and everything was right, and this was on a Saturday night when they were fairly busy...so that was good. But I am about done with McCallisters in general, I like their food alot but the value is just not there anymore. The Club is tiny(put the quartered pieces together and you will see how small the whole sandwich is. keeps getting smaller and smaller), and very little meat. For $11, it should be way more substantial. It's a sandwich, you can make one at home, way bigger, for much less lol. For $11, you better be way better than that to entice me to buy a sandwich from you. Lastly, the young black girl working the "To Go" literally never spoke to me during our entire, brief, exchange...not one word lol. No greeting(just stared at me in silence, I almost felt like saying to her "hi, can you help me?"..like a reverse exchange lol), no thank you, not even a "here you go" as she handed me my order. I am white and I notice all young black kids working at places have this hatred and contempt towards white customers...why?! Very sad to see they have been brainwashed to be that way, for no reason. The customer after me was a black lady, and she greeted her and engaged her as you would expect from an employee-customer exchange.
McAlisters on Outer Loop is the very best!! Friday night crew is AWESOME!! They know how to make the ultimate nachos perfect and beautiful!! No skimping on the toppings. Everyone who works here Friday nights are great! From the order taker to the food preparers to the deliverer of food and all the workers cleaning up!! Wonderful group of kids here!! Love my McAlisters!! Thanks y’all!! ❤️
This has become one of my favorite restaurants lately. The quality is very good and the flavors are strong. The menu offers a lot of great options for my family.
I order here all the time mainly from uber eats because i work near by, i sometimes forget to click the button to send napkins forks and straws. Most places i order wont send if that button isnt checked. They always send everything in the bag anyways sometimes even extra forks and nothing is ever missing. Food is always hot and fresh. When eating in, the service is always great, very kind customer service. Definitely my favorite McAllisters location
Very very busy. Waited at least 20 minutes for a to go order. Outer Loop area and Holiday Shopping may have caused the heavy business this time. Good food. ❤️ French Dip w aus jus❤️
This deli is always great! They even heated up the meat for my sandwich and gave me extra pickles since I'm pregnant. I'll always come back!!!
Fresh bread/buns, tender/juicey meat, friendly staff . Added up to an enjoyable meal. All three of our party were impressed. We WILL be back!
