Today was my fifth visit to this location and our first visit we were so excited! Excited that we finally found a McAlister’s that was doing everything the right way,Today was a totally different story. I place an order to go with the young lady at the register, I order to seperate meals. First a craft full sandwich on a baguette with Turkey, spring mix and tomato only with a cup of potato soup and a glass of half & half tea. The second meal was the Italian sandwich with no olives or balsamic vinegar, a cup of potato soup and half & half tea, plus two Brookie bars.Upon arriving at home and removing both sandwich’s from the bag, my wife noticed that both sandwich rappers were totally wet. The first sandwich, the Turkey on baguette, the bottom half of the baguette was totally mushy and the Turkey, lettuce and tomato weren’t any better! It wasn’t worth trying to eat! A total disappointment! The second sandwich, the Italian that was not to have any olives or balsamic vinegar was loaded with both. The bread was the same as the Turkey sandwich, totally saturated and mushy, the lettuce, the meat and peppers were the same to the point of not eating! We don’t know what has happened to this location? The staff in the kitchen, the lack of training or the lack of customer care and the product! It was totally unacceptable for the money!Disappointment is being kind, not sure what it would take to revisit this location again! We have been bragging on this location to our friends, but can’t say that will happen in the future.!

I come for the tea. Every day. I have a tumbler but forgot it and realized the price of a tea without a tumbler is over $3.00! And according to the manager, the price will increase again AND they will not be selling tumblers this year. Without my tumbler I will not be able to afford their tea any longer. The Tea pass is nice but you can only use it once. I honestly can't believe, even with prices increasing for everything, that tea needed to increase that much to make a profit. Restaurants already make so much profit from beverages, so keeping steady prices wouldn't have broken McAlisters. If prices increase anymore, my daily tea will have to only be once in a while

This place is always making delicious food. I used to dislike McAlister's, but I have fallen in love with the Jalapeño Turkey sandwich. It is delicious. Up until a month or two ago, the Mac N' Cheese was amazing too, but it seems they had a change in recipe or something because the cheese now tastes fake and watery. Other than that I highly recommend this place as a relatively healthy alternative to fast food. They are quick, kind, and attentive. The food is delicious and the options are many.Do your taste buds a favor and give them some flavor with McAlister's Deli.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE service. The manager, Chris & his crew made me feel more welcomed and taken care of then a supper with my own nana :') Just really sticks out as my best dining experience of the past couple years. ChrisR E A L L Y knows how to run an establishment on point. <3

I placed a carryout order online using their webpage. It was very easy to navigate, selected the asap selection to pick up. Pick up was within 15-20 minutes. It was easy parking and picking up was quick. The pickup section is to the left of the building. I located my purchase waiting there for me. I didn't have to speak to anyone. I was in and out in less than one minute. My order was all correct, hot and enjoyable. I'll definitely be back to this location.

Pretty good! We ordered Reubens for St Paddy's day and luckily the wait wasn't long at all. By time we got home the sandwich was a little soggy from the thousand island but that's just part of getting take out. Corned beef was delish!

The best menu for all kind of tastes!

This location was extremely clean with friendly staff.However...a club sandwich is usually cut into triangles and served with toothpicks holding it together. Mine was on piece and nothing but pieces of lettuce . The potato soup was all water. I will check my order before leaving the next time.Disappointed as this location usually excels

If you're looking for a healthy lunch or dinner option, McAlister's is always good for soups, salads, and sandwiches. I particularly enjoy their 'Pick 2' options for something that will fill you up without making you feel bloated. The quality seems to always be great, and this location (although a busy one) works fast and has good in-person service.

Line was really long and moved slowly. You were supposed to be able to scan the code and sit down and order, but that was not the case... Ended up leaving, not a good experience!
