Customer service poor. Manager looks like a junkie. No gloves or mask worn while handling food. Employee coughing in hands and still handed out food without washing or putting on gloves. Told manager about it and she acted like the problem was non existent. Ask for corporates number she told me they dont have one. ?? and to do my survey cause she has nothing else to tell me

Understand with COVID staff is stretched; However,Ordered lunch for pick up and noticed order wasn’t complete. Waited to speak to someone with receipt to be told they cannot touch nor look in bag once transferred to me. So showed receipt showing potato salad was not included but paid for and no response. Not an offer to get a manager, not an apology let me get you a potato salad, not an offer to refund. Nothing, blank stare. Now keep in mind, my husband is 62 not a child or teenager and not trying to score free potato salad. We’re fans of McCallisters but sadly this is not the first time of terrible service and missing items in order at this location. We would have been more than happy to wait for the potato salad giving staffing constraints if at least offered, but to stand and just and just stare hoping we’d go away, which we did, isn’t going to bring us back anytime soon. Posting in hopes staff is at least properly trained for working the front line or is paired with someone who has the proper training to avoid others from having g this experience.
My husband and I used the app and ordered from our table, which was very convenient. Our food was delivered; but, she forgot to bring our drinks. We both ordered cheddar cheese and broccoli soup. Mine was nice and thick; but, my husband's was as thin as water. They did offer to replace it; but, my husband declined as we had an appointment to get to.
I was meeting a group of ladies this evening and we had planned to go elsewhere but the other restaurant was closed to indoor dining and I am so glad it was. The food at McAlister's was very tasty but more importantly, every single person who was working there was a pleasure to meet. They were professional, helpful and just downright friendly! We will return. Thanks for a lovely evening
If you like slimy sandwiches and Mac n cheese soup, this is the place for you. Ordered the Reuben with a side of “homemade Mac n cheese”, what I got was soaked marble rye bread, more sauce than meat, a pickle wrapped in the paper of my sandwich and Mac n cheese that definitely came from a bag. If less than 1 star was possible, I would do that. Gross. ??
Why is this store always so dirty???As soon as you step in the door you literally feel your shoes sticking to the floor. I completely understand being busy or being short staffed but this location consistently disappoints me. I was the only customer in the store and as I approached the counter I witness 3 employees take off to the back. I look over to the dining room area and there are 2 women I assume we're in a management position playing on their phones chatting it up with some man. Looking to the kitchen area and I see at least 6 employees on their phones while eating and dri openly which is completely against health department rules. It took almost 20 minutes to get a turkey sandwich kids meal as everyone there was occupied with non work issues. The counters were do sticky I could not sit my wallet down .. I just wanted to leave as I noticed all the filthy tables and trash piled up. Again...I was the only customer in the store.Why is it that I can go into the Westport road location or Middletown location and see employees clean and in proper uniform???Those stores are clean and friendly.Food is always right and no issuesWhy does Mcallisters management allow the Breckenridge store to be below standards???
Cheap on butter for baked potato -- only 2 tiny, sample size butters really?!?!!!Don't forget someone's order and then act like it's not you/McAlister's Deli's fault.I added an extra star for the baked potatoes looking so delicious with the right amount of "sloppiness".Even though, I travel all the time across and around the USA, I will remember my bad experience to avoid this particular McAlister's Deli.

Seriously the worst service here. You wait forever only to have your order prepared wrong. None of the employees seem to know what to do and they definitely don't know how to work. Worst service ever!!!
