The food was super yummy. Staff were friendly helpful and inviting.

I had a great experience.

over priced, frozen butter, no toilet paper, no forks, food just okay not worth the price, biscuits better from a can, disappointed

The food is old vs fresh and the workers don't care about the company or each other I wouldn't eat here

Brandon and the staff were so friendly. The food was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be coming back to Tennessee to eat here again.

So, this was my first visit. My wife and I loved it. I told my wife I was going to start writing funny reviews about places on Google, so here goes...I got the 'Five & Dime' and I swear I've never put so much meat in my mouth. (That's what she said). The coffee was outstanding. Try the simple maple coffee. You won't be disappointed. Sorry that the photos were of eaten food, but that's when I decided that photos needed to be taken.

The food was three stars, but it looked like no one had cleaned since the opened. Trash cans were overflowing and all of the tables were dirty.

Extremely friendly staff, very attentive and spot on with our order. First visit to this location, have also been to Jacksonville beach and tamp locations. Goat sandwich, meatballs and sweet biscuits were all outstanding!!!! Wish they’d move closer to home!! For all the negative reviews, get off your couch and make your own meals, you bunch of sloths!!

Today was my first visit, and I'll definitely be back! There's so much more on the menu I want to try. Not only was the, bluegrass grits bowl, I ordered delicious, the staff was awesome! There were 3 people working, one at the counter, and 2 cooking. They all welcomed me and we're friendly as can be! For someone like me, with really bad social anxiety, going to a new place, by myself, being treated like that means more than they know. Super good vibe, and super good food!

This was my first time eating at Maple Tree Biscuit Company and it did not disappoint. I ordered Sweet Grace, a chocolate chip waffle with strawberries, powdered sugar, whipped cream and maple syrup. It was delicious! It wasn't overly sweet even after adding the maple syrup and I recommend it. The Maple Street Coffee was really good. I'm a "little bit of coffee in the milk" coffee drinker, but this blend was smooth with a hint of maple syrup. My husband's is a coffee drinker and he was impressed as well. Our cashier and server was Tonda(?) and her smile lit up the place! She was friendly but low-key and I told her how good the food was.I asked for change to leave a tip and was politely told they don't accept tips. While eating, I decided to leave one anyway. I left a note saying it could be donated to a charity, but I wish they would have a tip jar or a place for a tip on credit card receipts.
