The food was not as good as it normally is and we frequent often as we live in Douglass Hills. The server was great as she did take off my daughters pasta meal. Thanks
Weâve been here in the past and really enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. However something has changed. The food was just ok. The wine we requested was out of stock and the suggested replacement wasnât great. The staff were pleasant but not to the degree to make up for the other experienced shortcomings. Weâll give it another chance, but another experience like this one and we wonât return.
Excellent service and attention to help make a special birthday even more special! The swordfish and salmon are musts! Having great wines to accompany each dish doesn't suck either! Make sure Annie takes care of you, she's awesome!! Next visit to KY I will make sure to include a visit to their patio!
We sat for 15 minutes or more before a waitress ever greeted us. Then we sat another 20 minutes or more before she came back to take our order. My friendâs food was cold. She had to send it back and it came back to her the same way. Menu was very limited and very small portions!!! Youâre definitely not full when you leave. Very disappointed as this was the first time to the restaurant. We wonât be going back.
The last couple of times Iâve been here the service has been very slow and at times negligent. The quantity and quality of food is lacking and not sufficient for the high pricing. The atmosphere overall is nice and clean.
Have eaten there many times. It never disappoints.

Sat at a big round table. We couldnât hear each other but the food and service were really good!
We love the wine and the atmosphere at LouVino. We went during Louisville Burger Week and were disappointed with their burger offering. The "regular" food and appetizers we ordered from the menu were great as always but Burger Week was not their best showing.
