Wow! I absolutely loved this cute little ice cream shop. The flavor choices were unique, but not intimidating. The options were familiar flavors that it didn’t seem risky to try something new. I got the bourbon butter cake ice cream (and I really wish I’d gotten the toasted marshmallow topping), but I guess that means I’ll have to come back. The ice cream was flavorful, but not overpowering. One scoop was plenty to enjoy without overindulgence. Definitely plan on coming back to try more flavors and combinations!
They didn’t have all of the special flavors that I was hoping for - like the Lavendar Honey Vanilla, or the East Atlantic Cookie Dough. I ended up getting the Pistachio honeycomb and the Banana pudding with the toasted marshmallow on top, they were both great. 5$ for 2 scoops which is comparable to greaters / other ice cream shops around the city. ?I have only tried a few flavors so far, I’ll be back to try more. Hopefully they will have the special flavors that are always advertised on IG !!! (Instagram)
A great, friendly establishment for ice cream after a walk thru Nulu. The small batch ice cream was delicious -- we tried chocolate, salted caramel, peach, and blue moon. All were great but the peach flavor was next level. There are vegan options available too. Good sized servings good price. Loved it.
I'd advise you to get one scoop if it's your first time. The ice cream is so creamy and rich that it's worth the $8 price tag. I got a scoop of the creme Brule and birthday cake cookies and cream. Delicious!!
This ice cream is so good! They have some very unique flavors too that I've never seen anywhere else. I had the Brûléed Peach Sundae and loved every spoonful!

Everyone has their own preferences for what they like in a good ice cream. Excited to try Louisville Cream ice cream, I came away from sampling two flavors, Coffee with Bourbon Cream and Vanilla Two Ways, disappointed. Disappointed with the weak flavors and disappointed with the texture. Turkey Hill Natural is a much better ice cream for flavor and texture, and 1/2 gallon of Turkey Hill is about one-half the price of one pint of Louisville Cream ice cream. Haagen-Dazs is a favorite of mine, and if it were a 9 on a scale with10 being best, I'd place Louisville Cream at maybe a 3. Seems to me a quality ice cream doesn't need gums and fillers. I'm certain some customers prefer the puffed or gummed ice cream, and perhaps the gums slow melting, but I want taste and texture and don't worry about melting. I actually enjoy the taste of melted ice cream in my bowl of ice cream. I suspect I won't eat this ice cream again. Not even for 1/3 the price. I didn't enjoy the flavors, texture nor the taste. Perhaps you'll like it. I hope so. I like seeing local businesses do well. But I just can't be a regular because I truly enjoy the taste and texture of delicious ice cream, especially at my age when calories matter, and Louisville Cream falls short of my preference in delicious ice cream. Here's to great ice cream and the pleasure derived from cosuming it!Update: Normally an ice cream-loving-freak, I dislike the taste of this brand so much I've had to force myself to continue eating my two pints rather that throw it out and waste ...tonight finding it necessary to add Hersey's chocolate syrup. This is the first ice cream brand I've had to force myself to keep to prevent wasting it my melting it down the drain. Can't wait to finish it and buy ice cream I can enjoy eating!
An awesome local treat! So many varieties of ice cream, and it is so SMOOOOTH.My wife and 3 year old were up a bit late in our hotel room on our way north, and we weren't quite full from our dinner. So my wife said "if the first place I look at with ice cream is open, we're going!" Thinking there's no way a ice cream shop would be open at 8:45p at night....but were we delightfully wrong! If you're looking for a great, local place to grab a late night snack, Louisville Cream is the place.Pictured is the Haute Sundae, which my chocoholic wife loved. I had the malted Oreo on a waffle cone. Delicious!
Shout out to Louisville cream. This was my first time there and they were so friendly and helpful. Seen on Facebook that they had this banana pudding ice cream and I LOVE banana pudding so I had to try this and IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD. My mom and step dad love it too. We are definitely going to be back
Came in on a Tuesday night after a couple drinks. Went with the whiskey cookies and cream with a chocolate chip cookie. Both were okay, it was creamy with good flavor but nothing too memorable in my honest opinion. I'd still be willing to come back and try their other flavors.
