Always have a great experience at this location. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes which is always super pleasant. On this particular trip, our waitress, Kaley, was absolutely fantastic! She was so kind and considerate of our time, and not to mention speedy! She definitely made it an even more enjoyable dinner! Would definitely recommend.
Service was good and the steak i ordered was huge and delicious ?,loved the strawberry ? margarita too.
I ordered to go get home. Awwww man food was NASTY. The lamb chops was uncooked. The chicken was soft I had to put all the food in the oven. The chicken tenders my kid said they were good. She ended up sick all night from eating those. Looking at the other chicken tender meal. The chicken tenders aren't fried hard they are soft. They are uncooked chicken tenders.We have ate at other Longhorn locations. Food was really good everything was fine!Online ordering: Was simpleService - 4 ( the girl she was nice who brought the food to curbside )Food -0 the portions was small. The food under cooked! Just nasty!
3 stars cuz the food was good. Other than that it was stupid packed or just slow and disorganized. Told wait time was 15-20 mins, turned into like an hour and a half due to one f*ckin party that held up everything. They need to be more efficient and figure out another way to accommodate all the people that want to eat here. Also, Saturday must be training day cuz we went from a caucasian waitress to a black waiter, was confused & offended until I realized he was in training and our waitress was helping him lol Again Food was ??
It wasn't busy. Got there and parked. Then, I waited and waited and waited. Never received a text when my order was ready at curbside pickup. So I walk in (not the first time at the same location) and it's been sitting there for 20 minutes. I get home the steak is not only cold it's overcooked. Ordered a baked potato. I got a sweet potato instead. I really don't like sweet potatoes.
Adam was our server. He was great. We went for Sunday lunch for our anniversary and had a very nice uninterrupted meal together. Our food and service was great. It wasn't very crowded at 1130 on a Sunday which was very nice. We had the fire cracker shrimp for an appetizer. I had salmon, baked sweet potato and the bomb macaroni and cheese for my entree. Of course it was way to much food for one meal so I got to enjoy it the next day for lunch. My husband got a ribeye steak, baked potato and broccoli. He also enjoyed his meal.
Service was great. We had three different types of appetizers. I enjoyed the spicy chicken the most. My steak was cooked perfectly and I had a baked potato side. Everything about our experience was good and I would recommend coming here to anyone.
This is my favorite place to go to! the staff is extremely friendly, service is always phenomenal and food Has always been fantastic every time I’ve eaten there. I always get the renegade steak and the Baja shrimp appetizer which I’ve gotten all my friends addicted to. Kudos to the management team at this location absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend this place.
Wonderful food, wonderful service wonderful and much needed night out with friends. Can I just say the brussel sprouts was my fave! The experience was so worth the trip. Thank you. And I hardly ever give 5 stars. They truly deserve it!
We were not greeted at the entrance when we arrived. It took about 5 min before I had to ask to be seated. Staff were friendly. Price point was too high in my opinion. The portions were normal but small given the price. Meat was cooked perfectly and had nice flavor. Mashed potatoes were by far the best I've ever had. My mother's baked potato was not fully cooked and had to be sent back. My daughter got the Kraft mac & cheese but didn't eat much because it was really dry. I did order the potato soup and it was delicious! Overall, I won't go back unless someone else foots the bill. Texas Roadhouse is way better.
