I enjoyed this place a lot. I got there around 5 pm for my early dinner. You only live once. I was only one but didn't care. I tried the monthly special but they didn't have any peach ice cream. I asked the employee which ice cream that I should try. This person told me Strawberry and I went with it. Strawberry ice cream was perfect for hot and humid day.So I had waffle sundae which is Strawberry ice cream with waffle and honey Whipped cream. It was so delicious.I might come back again with group of friends. Or buy a Pint from there.
The ice cream is very good, and they mix in interesting little flavors (like graham cracker in our strawberry cheesecake scoop). However, it's not worth the price or the wait. It literally took at least 20 min. or longer to get one scoop of ice cream in a cup. That one scoop cost $6.51. And the staff was pretty grumpy. Stick to Comfy Cow or Graeter's.
I have been excited to try this place for a while now, and we made it our last stop on our date night that had already gone wrong. The “Kentucky Peach Cobbler Sundae” was definitely not worth the price. Almost $15 for a scoop of ice cream, whipped cream, caramel, and a poorly-made mini waffle…. Not that it tasted bad, but definitely not peachy, and again, not worth $15. We will not be returning.
My bf and I tried this place out. The service was great. We got a cheesecake waffle and for the price we expected it to be bigger. I am sorry but it was not worth it, the waffle had a chemical taste. The ice cream was good. We got bigger portions in major cities. For a much cheaper price.
I think the inside is beautiful and the employees are wonderful. I did not give it 5 stars only because I believe no one gets 5 stars, that would be perfect. I also do believe a $10 milkshakes seems crazy when the same amount of ice cream is less. I did still enjoy the milkshake and will be back once in awhile with that price. I do understand why prices are high though, so I did not consider that with my rating.
Use to be a favorite, would drive across the bridge for it. No longer will do. Very upsetting if you're a person of color don't come here they’ll discriminate against you . We waited in line for 10 minutes, staff told us to wait he was working on orders. We sat down to wait until done. Of course a white family walks in and he goes ahead takes there order right away while we’re right there waiting. I asked for the manger, he said it was him. We communicate that it's very upsetting he took their order first, didn't even acknowledge us. I asked why he did it, if it’s because we were speaking Spanish while waiting. He didn’t acknowledge us, and didn’t seem to care to apologize. Horrible experience. Picture below is “manger Ben” person who discriminated us.

Our friends have recommended this place and we were excited to finally try it. It was busy but not crazy when we arrived and we received a friendly greeting as soon as we walked in. We each ordered waffle Sundays and they were beautiful when they arrived at the table. I was so excited I forgot to take a picture. They were amazing!!! The team members even checked on our experience and seemed excited to hear we were loving it! We will be back and will recommend to others.
The fiancé and I wanted something sweet after our dinner so we ran over to this place which was open at 9pm on a Sunday. Which is awesome!We went in and were greeted by the staff and took just a minute to order. She ordered the vegan cookies and cream and i ordered the "just brew it".She said it was the best vegan ice cream she has ever had.My ice cream was good as well, I just wish it had more of a coffee flavor rather than sweet chocolate.Definitely recommend and will try again!
First timers brought here by our two friends that have loved it in the past. My boyfriend and I each ordered a shake. My shake was good, my boyfriend got his cookies n’ cream shake and it tasted like milk. I explained to the employee that it tasted like runny white milk. The taste and consistency was not like a shake. I asked if we could have it remade, I was told that because they’re a small business they won’t be able to without us paying for a new one. We didn’t want anything for free, just wanted them to remake what we paid for. Needless to say, all four of us won’t be back.
