The chicken was great as well as the sides even got our dog some livers and gizzards and she loved them
Awesome food. Just check your order if the younger heavier set guy is checking you out. You will be missing something!
Always fantastic service nice hot food delicious chicken been there many times we'll go back many more
There isn't an ounce of sense between anybody that works there. I ordered two four piece meals with no wings, got home open them to find them there was only three pieces each in them. The customer service is not very good. Is there a manager at this place? The product is good but I don't want to pay for food that I don't get.
Always delicious and worth a visit.Updated review based on last two visits. Side items were good, but the chicken quality was bad. It tasted old and the coating did not taste thoroughly cooked. It seems like this location is using old cooking oil. It'll be a while before I return.
Once great, now, a train wreck. In addition to jacking their prices up a ridiculous amount, my latest experience provided chicken almost impossible to bite through. It was tough, burnt snd tasted like poorly season tire rubber. The potato wedges, formerly a delicious side item, were flat and bland. Not sure what was going on with the gravy, but I've had better from a can. Oh, and why bother picking out the sauces? Its not like they can be bothered to actually put them in the bag, not that ANY SAUCE could cover the week old cadaver flavor of what they claim is chicken. In short, and unfortunately, Lee's has made "the list". You know the one. We all have one, it houses restaurants that simply can't or won't provide the quality to match the price tag. Seems like as the years go on, the list gets longer. Instead of Lee's, just get a bag of frozen Tyson chicken strips and toss them in an air fryer at home. You'll get a better meal and save about $50.
This location is consistently out of everything. On this particular day they didn't even have chicken. Who goes to a chicken restaurant for sides only? The cook had a nasty attitude and the cashier said she thinks he keeps eating everything because they'll have it one minute and the next it's gone. Please do better
Husband went to this location and waited twenty minutes on chicken, line was out the door. Folks there’s a reason for that. It was so good. Did not mind the wait at all. Everything tasted great. Mash potatoes Yummy. Dip your biscuit in your gravy.
I’m sorry i even have to complain. I’ve been going to Lees for 7+ yrs. Recently the service and the food has been terrible. It’s only after 6 pm, when the younger people are working. I’ve complained to management about the poor attitude and the “hair” issue. It was better for a couple weeks and then today I walk in and “Ms.hair” has her hair dangling all over the food again. That’s not sanitary! I didn’t stay to eat, and I’m not sure, if I’ll be back.
I went an ordered dinner here 3/21/22 around 745pm. I got a 15pc family meal. And when I ordered the guy at the counter seemed like I was bothered him that I was there. Then when I made my ordered he came back and said well if we have enough we will take care of you. First of all the 745 you don't close till 9 it only takes about 15 minutes to fry some chicken. So you never came back to me so I figured he had the whole order. When I got the order I got the box of chicken and I looked at it and it looked awful small. I opened it up and I literally got Nothing But Wings open legs and I asked why he said that's all we man and we are not dropping no more food. But the customers that came after me we're getting chicken meals with breast and thighs and everything. Play basically I spend $45 for small and dried out chicken. And don't even get me started on the sides. Also the top it off I tried to place it to go through the phone line and was hung up on three times.
