Great authentic food, very very similar to local mexican tacos. Great option for late night pickup if you got family with you, the place is clean and feels safe. Hopefully they would bring a taquero and eventually slice pork pastor right out of the "trompo".

Expensive and not great. The ladies taking the order were also rude and did not serve a large portion. We ordered a large meal over 10 tacos and they wanted to charge me 0.30 cents for each salsa. Most places give you these for free. The food was also average.In response to your reply you did not provide 4 salsa only 2 for them, 4 salsa for 10 tacos is not enough especially for the price per taco. In addition the ladies were rude. Don't lie in the reviews
this place is the absolute best. i've been to so many food trucks and by far this is my favorite. i could eat it every day and it never gets old. their food is delicious and full of flavor. i cant think of a better food truck to go to! ill be coming again soon! ;) and by soon i mean tonight.
ummmm how can food be so GOOD! SO DELICIOUS SO AMAZING SO FULL OF FLAVOR!!! best food truck i've ever been too! It has become such a tradition with my friends and sister. It makes me so happy when I see that blue truck in the distance my heart leaps for joy.

This is the best food truck on earth. Have I gone to every food truck ? No...but I don’t mind declaring this. I have been going here for 8 years from what I can remember, probably longer. My students are now Las Gorditas addicts and are constantly craving the delicious elote. I have come here to pick up food to break my fast with in Ramadan, after work, with cousins, with friends, and every time no fail I’m extremely happier afterward!! The tostadas are beautifully fresh and so tasty. The employees are first class awesome people , love them to death! Always consistent! Open into the wee hours of the night so you can swing by and satiate those midnight cravings. Love this place.
This food truck is so good! Never a bad taco or burrito. Haven't ventured to the other stuff yet. Their green and red sauce is fire!
This is the best taco truck in Louisville. I’m pretty sure these people know me by now I get the asada tacos so often. Literally will never stop recommending them and talking about how good the tacos are.
The tacos were amazing! My friends at the gym also like the tortas.
