Charlestown Rd Kroger will not answer the phone, pharmacy is not open, and pharmacy closes early all the time. Other pharmacies cannot call them to transfer prescriptions from them - what are we to do? What a terrible way to do business!!! Cannot get refills on necessary prescriptions.
Midletown Pharmacy needs help now! Line of 25 people waiting over 1 hour to pick up prescriptions is totally unacceptable. Store employees tell me to not complain to the store Manager because he can't do anything. This is the worst customer service store in the Louisville market.

The LaGrange Kroger on Highway 53 is the worst grocery store ever! They constantly screw something up and today was no different! Went in to purchase a gift card and it is plainly posted 4X fuel points on all gift cards. I had downloaded the coupon as well. When I approached the counter, I told the clerk," don't forget to scan the 4X fuel points coupon for the gift card". She didn't do it and when I questioned it, she called a Manager over. I went to the "service desk " and the nasty manager couldn't figure it out either! No apology, no making it right for the customer, just a sticky note with the 1800krogers on it for me to take care of! She even had the audacity to say " they can help you, it happens all of the time!" REALLY? It wasn't my error and I shouldn't be inconvenienced! Can't stand incompetent people! I'll be calling corporate on Monday and seeing how they handle the situation. Hopefully there will be someone competent to assist me ! Ridiculous!
I called to explain to them the issue with one of their self checkouts, my order that I purchased was charged to the person who went through the checkout right before me. My purchases got charged to their credit card instead of mine. Now it has me scared to use the self checkout because I don't want to have to pay for the next person that comes through and self-checkout and it get charged to my debit card. So I called to tell them about it and they said they would call me back and never did.
Great office environment and great people work here! Very easy to find and park.
