This location is awful! Stand in line over 15 minutes every single time for a prescription and they’ve shut the drive through down. Wait in line even longer to buy groceries. No baggers ever. I’ve took this issue to the store manager and all he has to say is “short staffed” however while trying to shop and get groceries there are several employees doing that Instacart shopping for people that just want to drive up and drive off not dealing with the headache of long lines. If they are so “short staffed” the Instacart garbage needs to be done away with and those employees could cashiering in the pharmacy and at check out lanes. They also could have baggers for their paying customers that aren’t lazy and go do their own shopping.
Unfortunately right now… What you need no one has. Build back better is killing us all. Good luck and God bless to the Americans.

Why are you having people being tested for COVID-19 with The Little Clinic go INSIDE the store and potentially infecting others? I wasn’t the one tested but this is absolutely unacceptable.
I don’t recommend using this Kroger’s Clicklist. My order was to be ready at 5-6 pm. They called to delay it until 6. I selected the “on my way” option on the app at 630. I arrived at 645. I selected “I’m here” on the app. I called at 710 asking where my order was. They didn’t know I was there! She said nothing printed out saying I was there so she said once the guy comes back in he’ll bring my order out. The guy came back out but went to another car. I called again. She said
Went to Mud Ln Kroger today At least 5-6 people in store without masks on. Pickup a fried chicken in the Deli. Very,very soggy with grease. Why do I keep torchering myself by keep going back?
I had a great experience with Mackenzie as a cashier and Maddie as a bagger. They were the perfect team. Very friendly and through.
Ridiculous 2hr wait to get into pickup lane and 1hr wait after calling to say I was there for pickup. They unapologetically said I could wait or leave but they were 300 orders behind, only 2 emps working and couldn’t guess how long it will be before they bring out my order. We left after 3 & half hrs and rudeness if emp. Will NEVER return.
