this is the worst kroger ive ever been too. most of the time 1 lane open and self check out half open with long lines. why is your time more important than mine. u r a multi billion dollar company. your prices havent gone down with less workers. greed.

I got my wallet stolen today at your store and as horrible experience as it was the employees’ were so nice and did over and above what was called for! I want to say a special thank you to everyone that helped me and my 2 girls! Cassie in the bakery took my girls to pick out a cupcakes, the loss prevention guy, I think his name was Larry, got them ice cream and the one gentleman who quietly gave me a 2 big bags of change because my girls were wanting stuff out of the quarter machines and I no longer had a wallet and a dime to my name!! I’m so sorry if I got any names wrong and for not catching some, I was so upset about the whole incident. It truest touched my heart! Thank u from the bottom of my heart!! Your store will always be “my store”!!
went to buy a can of Lysol. They are price gouging. One can is over 7 dollars! Any store that rips their customers off by profiting on an item by raising the price by almost THREE TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE as they are running out of is disgusting! They know what they are doing as well!

Every time I shop at the Alexandria rd. store, I get double charged for something or they don't have the sale price input into their register. Again today. Check your receipts before leaving that store!
Watch your prescriptions. Only received 50 of the 100 pills. Realized I was short half the pills I paid for. Kroger says they filled them. I don’t have them. For crying out loud.......it’s my dogs meds and they act like I’m lying.
