Customer service was good. The drive threw speaker was broke. They came outside had up pull forward and took our order. They were patient and quick with order. Light was on for hot an fresh but we got cold donuts was my only complaint. Price is good an they offer lots of coupons for great deals!
It's the best store in Kentucky. Extremely clean and great product. Rojer and company offer the full Krispy Kreme experience.
I ordered a dozen glazed and an assorted dozen with 8 cake batter cream filled donuts for the family today and out of 8 cream filled donuts, not one of them had cream in the donut. This is a joke. One or two I could understand, but 8 if 8...that's ridiculous! This has never happened to me at the Bardstown Rd. location. I will never order or get donuts from these people again that's just garbage service!

They were out of a limited time flavor I wanted. Okay, whatever. I order 2 glazed instead and received filled donuts. Employees seemed less than excited to be there as well.
The hot sign was clearly on, I asked for a hot dozen but yet my dozen was no where near hot. Not to mention I seen two ants crawling out of my box. This is the worst location in Louisville, and I urge customers to go to a different location if your looking for satisfaction.
The donuts are always perfect. We swung by to get a box of birthday donuts and I guess there was a hiccup with the Krispy Kreme app and displaying my birthday, however the manager was kind enough to verify it another way and give us the dozen donuts. Would recommend!
Had an apple fritter attack. No wait. In and out quickly. Relief was in sight.
This is the 4th negative experience I have had at this location. I absolutely will not be back and I certainly would not not recommend anyone to give your hard earned money to this store.
The service was excellent! The employee was very friendly, helpful, and nice! And the food and coffee were delicious! My only complaint was that the floors were very sticky.
