I had planned on giving this place a five, but due to rush, rush, "speak up, I can't hear you" from the elder lady behind the window.. SMH! If anyone read any of my reviews, you'll know that I'm big on Customer Service!! If the owner, the staff don't offer respect to it's customers, then I will no longer do business. Overall the food was good, portion size of food was OK too. Please treat people with Respect. The next time we're in your city, we'll go elsewhere ✌?
The food is tasty, soul food. You will order though bulletproof glass which may make hearing staff difficult, as well as them hearing you. I advise you to read menu posted on glass carefully, and stay aware of your surroundings at all times.
Good Louisville style fast food chicken. The chicken was great and sides were awesome. Staff was friendly and the drive thru moved quickly.
1st timer had breast and wedges my safe choice and it was delicious! Very moist breast which is rare for fast food and had some spice!
This is my favorite spot! The chicken is always good and hot! No complaints except I wish they were open on Sundays like the old days lol
Baby the chicken did NOT disappoint! I almost turned around to order more but will just go back another day. I got the 4 whole wings, potato wedges, and peach cobbler. The cobbler is just ok. I wouldn't order it again. The wedges needed ranch but I'd for sure order both the chicken and wedges again. My total was around $11.
The food is always hot and tastes great. The line moves super slow, but fish and wings are cooked to order so it's expected.
The best fried chicken in Louisville. Anyone that says otherwise is a dirty lying hipster or worse. Don't get the sides unless you're ordering more wedges. They're okay but not why you're here. Don't get the god dang ribs. Get the fried chicken, which is made by God himself in heaven. Get a large sprite. You will wait probably forever in line. There is no lobby. You do not matter to the staff, nor should you. But you will enjoy it.
I hate that you can never walk-in into the lobby anymore if you have to wait in drive-thru you’ll need a whole tank of gas the drive-thru service is extra slow the food is good but not good enough for a 34 minute wait in drive-thru to which your stuck in line if a car is behind or in front of you beside those issues this review would be 5-stars
It's a long wait but well worth it. It's been 4 years since I've been there been thinking about it since. Now the lobbies closed so it's drive through only about a 45 minute wait in line and just as good as I remember it.
