I was in for an interview and the staff is friendly.Food is fresh. The customer service is 5 star rating.Come in a check it out.
I just left this location about 15 mins ago and took a few bites. Already, I'm on the toilet. Idk what it is about this place but I have gotten sick in some form like 3 xs. I only continue to come here due to the coincidence in location to my job. I'd rather have a Popeyes or zaxby here. The food can't be fresh and I doubt that they rotate the old and new food properly. KFC is running out of chances for me.
I come here often but this is the first time that i complain about my order, I ordered a combo and that comes with 2 sides and I asked before that all my sides are gravy and when they handed my order they only give me 1 small gravy which is fine so I asked to order another gravy but they refuse to take my order they told me that I can’t order anymore because I am in the drive thru. It’s just a gravy and I am willing to pay for it but instead the girl staff who is in the window taking orders yelled at me and argued with me. It is her fault that she didn’t understand my order but instead of saying sorry she rather argued. Very rude staff, she needs more training to handle customer service and complains and i will never going back to this branch. Very disappointed ????
Always out of the chicken breast and stuff that we want when it comes to the actual protein. They try to substitute with extra sides but it still isn't the same. Usually and almost always forget to put one of our sides in our boxes or forget the cookies that come with the meals!
Super friendly staff even when they have cars wrapped around the building. The inside is clean and they have good wifi. These guys recognize me because I am always in here and sometimes I even get a free cookie!
Love how fast and friendly the lady is at the drive through. That is important cause now days you dont even get a smile. She always had a beautiful smile.
Stop for quick dinner after church following high spirited service! We decided to eat-in. We had a humble encounter with a young man working the counter name Josh! He went beyond his job by serving as if he was our personal server! We ask if he could accept tips! We let his manager know how pleased we were with he's service, We let him know that we really appreciate his hospitality and service! He was thanking us our kindness to him. As we're leaving he ask if we could give him a ride. We saw that he had some physical issues with legs and he shared that he recently move to KY from Florida! We were still operating in the spirit rim from our spiritual service. With all the chaos going I this world my flesh person would say sorry and offer bus fare! But the spiritual in us reminded us that he was our neighbor in need of help! We gave him a ride along with positive encouragement! By the way food was delicious ?!!! The dessert was Glorifying the LORD and it was the sweetest taste of all! O taste and see Psalm 34:8
Two chances is all I giving this location. New building is much better than previous. But the service is still lower than low. This last time, I ordered online and was told to park and walk in to get the order. I drove over, parked in the spot designated Online Order pickup, tried to open the door and it was locked. This was at 7:55pm on a Saturday. Sign on door said lobby closed at 9. Woman inside would not help. I pulled into the 6 car deep drive through line and waited 22 minutes. Finally, at the window, the employee offer to explanation for the locked doors and gave me my food. This location always seems understaffed and confused.
Ridiculous that you can not dine in this restaurant! Would be nice to be able to take my elderly parent out to eat at one of the places he likes to go to for a meal. Shame on Yum! for not making a better effort to hire people!
Food was decent. The employees are usually on top of everything. I got caught in the oh heck your order went through the cracks. Thamanager made good on the order.
