Just got served 5 of the smallest, hardest chicken tenders I've ever had in my life. I wouldve came and got my money back but didnt have time. Definitely done with this location.
Guess it was almost closing time the fries were cold and hard and the chicken was hard and the lady at the window seem like she was irritated and tired not a good experience first time this has happened
They even repeated back what I said. Didn't get what I ordered. Punch drink tasted watered down
Hit or miss whether they'll be open during regular hours. I got a half portion of soupy potatoes with my order Once you get home, no one's going to complain.
Highly disappointed. The only thing good about today's experience was how polite the CSR at the window was. I ordered the #3. I got three of the smallest pieces of chicken I'd ever seen. Potatoes and gravy were luke warm and my sierra mist was nothing but carbon water.
I just left the Cane Run store, ordered chicken wings and a pot pie. The chicken pot pie had NO chicken in it at all. The original wings were so little they must have come from baby chicks!! Terrible!! Called the store no one ever answered. That's it for KFC!!
Horrible custom service! Some of them where on the phone and wasn't even paying attention. They got my order wrong and I still wasn't satisfied when they fixed it. They need to do better!
They never follow their hours, their always rude, the food is rarely fresh and there are no choices! You get what they give you, period!How do the price's keep going up but the food and service continue to get worse! It's because people put up with it and keep going back! I for one, will not! I work way to hard for my money to allow some rich company to treat me, the customer, with a total lack of respect!Think about it! If they have no customer's, they can't survive! So go to the next store or the next food chain! Eventually a bad store won't survive and they'll shut that one down, then the next and so on!
Check your food always. It may be hot and fresh but ask if they are out what your getting, they will sub your item and still make u pay full price
