It wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't the best either. The food was standard, but service was slow and cashier wasn't very professional. Needs improvement with customer service.
Stop by kfc on 3rd Street for a meal and after waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes I order my food 12 pc Original Recipe and sides I get to the window to pay and they offer me crispy chicken instead of telling me thats all they had and tried to push the crispy chicken on us not offering to cook what we ordered I will never eat kfc againGO POPEYE'S CHICKEN
I will never again visit this location. The chicken is way undercooked and very bland in taste. Batter was a very light tan and not the traditional juicy brown KFC color. Meat inside was pink in color. I showed the thigh to the manager and he just stared and said all chicken is cooked on a timer, turned and walked away rudely!
I came in with some friends we all ordered separately. First girl ordered KFC, I ordered taco bell, then the guy(who was in manager clothes) walks away, still had 2 people to order, then he walks out of the store with a backpack, my taco bell comes up before her KFC( which I worked at that same store a while back and i know KFC normally comes out first), my other friends still hadn't order, finally someone takes there order but we couldn't wait on them or our food would have been way cold because it still took another 10 mins for their food to come. The whole time this is going on there is a worker sitting on the make line!
The drive thru line was pretty long so I almost didn't stay but my kids insisted. 14 cars in front of me and it only took about 25 minutes until I was pulling out. GREAT SERVICE. The guy at the window was so nice, he even made small talk!!?
I got a crunch wrap here today and there wasn't anything crunchy about it. I might as well have gotten a Burrito and mashed it flat. There was a 3 inch whole in the top of it and it was so soggy I had to put it on a plate and eat it with a fork. I ended up just forking out the insides which was way too salty, and discarding the soggy bread. I always looked forward to eating a Crunch Wrap as it was crunchy, I could hold it by hand, and it was quite tasty. There is always something wrong with any meal I get at this location, KFC or Taco, so sad to say, I'm done.
Read the reviews people. I thought it would be a quick in and out since I had a pickup in. Waited 30 minutes on the food once I got there. Do not order from here when there are better options literally next door.
I bought the 16 pc meal. The crispy chicken was freshly made but was dry or maybe it's just not as good as it used to be. Never again kfc ? It was always juicy and flavorful, not anymore unfortunately
I went inside to order. Stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. Nobody waited on me. I yelled out twice to ask someone if they could wait on me. Nobody came out. The worst service. Will not go back to that Taco Bell/KFC.
Well this particular KFC is a kfc/tacobell. We ordered tacobell this time and they left off a whole order and i aaked for steak chalupas and got chicken. What makes no since to me is the order was rang up correct?♀️.. So maybe someone needs to learn how to read?
