Order missing some item but when contacted them they refused to replace or refund the missing items . Bad service. The chicken was soggy. And not cooked through
The buffet area stink literally! When I walked up to the door I notice dead rats RIGHT BY THE DOOR !! YUUUCCKK. I was coming to get my order fixed and the lady was rude as hell! Didnt even let me talk. Threaten to call police. Totally violated my freedom of speech. Tiffany is the manager name! Never coming here again!! On my soul!
Sign on the door says they're open for dine in, but the lady inside yelled (presumably to me) that they were only doing drive through right now. So I just left, as it is way too hot to eat in my car.
KFC should be ashamed of themselves. I've had bigger wingdrums from roosters then chicken legs from KFC. All the chicken portion are small now. Must be get young chickens cheap . I will never buy from KFC again.
Terrible. Telling customers to come back later without explanation. It's embarrassing for the main office to be located in our city. This business overall is going downhill thruout Louisville, Kentucky area. Corporate office should be ashamed of themselves for letting this company go under as it has. Embarrassing!!!!
I use to love KFC. But recently in the past 2 years it's been very disappointing.Both origanal n crispy was hard, dry and cooked too long as it was very dark.The cole slaw used to be my favorite side besides the white gravy, the chicken had hardly no flavor and was also dry hardly no sauce whatever you call it.I quit going to kfc for a long time. Tried it once b4 this and it wa like it spose to be.I tried again and again I was disppointed.The guy at the drive-thru could of been friendlier.$27.55 down the drain. We ate it cause we were hungry. But didnt enjoy it.?

Pulled up an entire hour before close and was told they were putting product up and cleaning so it would be about 15 minutes. I’m obviously not going to sit and wait for 15 minutes, could have been more. What a nice excuse to not serve people. It’s not like I came 10 minutes before close or anything. I just wanted a chicken sandwich dude, and you were rude. An entire hour before close is unacceptable.
Deserved a ZERO! Drove several miles to this KFC, to be told they dont open until 1130; its 1120. This was in drive thru. I was told I had to pull back around, that I couldn't sit in "her" drive thru. Then a bunch of others get in front if me. This will be the last trip here. Was told after getting in line again, that register wouldn't work. It would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I went to Lee's, on Poplar Level, where I should have gone to begin with. Go to LEE'S!
Had to wait in drive-thru quite long but they did very well considering the Natl Farm Machine Show in town. Love their Cole slaw and chicken. ??
