Based on my experience today using the app it was negative. We ordered the extra crispy chicken, and only thighs and drumsticks, and at dinner time we found the opposite. I want to clarify that the chicken was not bad, but it was not my order that they gave me, is there not a supervisor or someone in charge of checking that the orders are well made?
I'm not rating this for just this store. I'm just upset that KFC chicken just ain't the same. I do not know what they did to the original recipe but it does not taste as good as use to be. I remember when KFC was the bomb! They had original recipe tenders and the flour came off the chicken with an amazing flavor! I think since Kentucky Fried Chicken changed to KFC. The chicken changed or something because it does not taste as good as it once was. So disappointing.
45 minute wait with only 3 people ahead of me in line!! I asked why and if they would offer a discount and the guy acted clueless, two employees in the window the entire time both playing on their cell phones, smh I won't be back and don't recommend this KFC at all, the food isn't very fresh either and for a wait like that I would expect they had to catch the chickens! Got an upset stomach for all my troubles and I wasn't the only one, I wouldn't even give this place 1 star.
The chicken is getting smaller and the prices are still higher and it is not that good anymore.. .This store (Outer Loop) needs to have the orders checked correctly before going out the window...on 4/24/22 I oredered the 10 piece feast $30 meal..They forgot 2 things out of my order...One I caught before getting home..Unfortunately the other 1 was after I got home...I also asked for half original half crispy..All I had when I opened the box was original their third screw up..Oh and number four screw up was they forgot the desert cookies out of my order.. Over paying for workers, that can't listen and get orders correct...NO MORE KFC
Terrible…Terrible….!! I understand the pandemic has changed a lot of things, but if you’re going to try to run a business, you have to conduct yourself as so!!! Drive thru only…. 30 minutes + gas!! Then have to have exact change, no change. Then got order wrong!!??? No original??!! NOT worth it….. stay home!!
Horrid the restrooms looked like you were at the fairgrounds NOT a restaurant! The kid behind the counter couldn't speak loud enough to hear and they did not have any grilled chicken. Will not be returning. Highly recommend people pass this by and go elsewhere.
I know someone that works here. They have told me about Cole slaw being relabeled as not to waste when it's old. Seems like poor upper management that isn't properly training people or making sure they follow the rules about how long they can hold food.
The dining room is closed to the outside public. Due to the COVID. BUT, is open only to mobile orders. So download their app if you want to pick up some KFC CHICKEN. ? I happened to be standing at the door when a Manager came and opened up the door for me. I asked if I could order inside because I didn't have a car to go through the drive-thru. She happily allowed me to go into the store to purchase my family meal. Unfortunately, they didn't have any mashed potatoes and gravy at that time. So I opted to get double mac and cheese. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was even surprised when the manager gave me a huge container of Pepsi. To go.
I ordered extra crispy chicken breast and got a thigh not crispy. The Roll was so hard I couldn't eat it. Very disappointed. I've always really liked KFC. I went to KFC on Outerloop across from the Mall. Not sure I'll go back.
My food was terribly incorrect. I ordered two of the new hand breaded crispy chicken sandwiches and got the total opposite. Then I was told it would be 12 min for the sandwiches, which I was willing to wait for but was offered to receive 3 tenders on the sandwiches instead. I got 2 soggy tenders that were undercooked. Then I was rudely addressed by a manger to be refunded my money, that I did not want back, I just wanted the food! I am very upset and I will not be returning to this location ever. I wish I could add that photos of the Mess I was served, there is no way those employees would have served their own family this kind of food!!
