They had the dining room open at lunchtime when I went in to get carryout, which is a huge thumbs up in my book to start the experience. Staff was friendly, soda from fountain in lobby was good and not flat or watered down like you get sometimes at fast food restaurants. Food was ready in a timely manner and dipping sauces were offered and given. Chicken tenders and biscuit were good, soft and fresh. Fries were a little undercooked I think but I don't go there for the fries included in the tender combos so that wasn't a big bother for me or decrease my rating. Five star experience in my book and would go again.
They are not prepared with the food, they make you wait more than 15. He wants to consume one inside and it is closed, having to order food without a car, they should have the place open for all types of consumers
The real KFC'S are good but the mixed taco bell, long John Silver or A&W additional split stores aren't very good.
Manager was rude about the use of the bathroom after we purchased food. My girlfriend went inside to use the restroom and asked if there was a key to the restroom. Manager said no. Another employee came out and unlocked it. She was being racist. Address this issue.
It depends on which location you go to some are better than others but overall KFC is definitely took a backslide on their food and service and prices
The food there is great the services grade quick it's a really good Kentucky Fried Chicken
This location, minus the exit and traffic were fast, courteous and polite. My mother in law was very happy with her order.
They messed up my order and the customer service was not good she must have had a bad day her attitude was not nice
Ordered online and waited for a notification to pick up my order when it was ready. Arrived to find out that my order was not ready despite the website telling me it was until 20 minutes later, after I've seen countless of people who came later than I did receive their orders much more quickly than me. Also employee on the intercom was very rude when I politely asked if I had to come inside to pick up my order because I requested online to pick up my order from the drive thru window... Of which she responded "yessss" in a condescending tone that I did not like. And that's without even mentioning that while I was waiting inside I saw the manager (wearing black & white striped uniform) handling food with a SINGLE glove & the other with her BARE hand on ALL of the drive thru orders. Needless to say I was disgusted & will not be back!
Food was hot, fresh, and fantastic! Not a big fan of chicken but this place made me rethink that!!
