This place used to be great, not anymore. My boyfriend tried to call in an order for me to pick up on my way home. He sat on the phone for 15 minutes, not on hold, just phone put face down listening to them chit chat. I drove from work, came inside and could see the phone still sitting there. They hung up the phone before I could even tell them it was him still sitting on hold. I ordered our food and waited. When they brought out the food and showed me each box the amount of steak in his box was ridiculous. My box was overflowing with chicken, and his was a child size portion. When I pointed this out they said it was because he didn’t order vegetables. How does that effect the amount of meat? I had vegetables and more meat than him? I went round and round about this getting no where. So I asked for a manager. Conveniently there wasn’t one working at that time. Apparently this is a common bs excuse they offer as I saw another review with the same complaint. Won’t be back. $25 for a half portion of steak? No thank you.
The best Sushi experience in town!!! The waitress was sweet and attentive and the food was just amazing!!! We will definitely be back!
There isn't an option for horrible customer service... I made reservations for my twins birthday gathering today at 2pm. And we were told that they didn't have one today but our reservation was for Monday. They would not acknowledge the person who wrote it was at fault, but instead making us sit down instead of trying to accommodate us. Me and my stepmom asked to speak to the manager and conviently the manager wasn't in, but would available tomorrow. Asking what time he would be, waitress only danced around the question in saying to call. Bottom line you need to know how to communicate with customers when you are at fault instead of raising your voice to the customer who is clearly frustrated and not having an attitude.
Food quality is always amazing and I love the variety. Service is also great. Quickly becoming a regular spot.
The food was good. The heat was out when we went but it wasn't to cold in there. Pretty pricey compared to other hibachi restaurants I've been to. The sushi roll my daughter and I had seemed like it had been sitting there for a while.
My wife and I went here for the first time because we wanted to take our almost two year old to something different. Not only did he love the show (we did the hibachi) but the staff was amazing with him. And the food was delicious. Definitely an A++ experience!
So disappointing! We went here for my daughters birthday and I told the waitress at the beginning of our meal that it was her birthday and I'd like for them to do something special. She said no problem I will take care of it. After dinner we were waiting and waiting, she brought the check and never did anything. I asked her about it thinking she forgot and she proceeds to tell me "oh sorry I already closed the check out!" Ummm what, really??On top of that, I did not eat as I wasn't hungry and was just taking her and my other daughter for dinner and to celebrate her birthday, they charged me a $9 "seat fee." Right?! What is a seat fee? Never ever have heard of this ridiculous gouging tool at a restaurant. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she "would talk to her" and all she could offer me was an apology. I am beyond upset and shocked at the service here and will NEVER give them my business again! I will be sure to pass on my experience to my friends and family as well.
It was a little late expensive, but worth it on occasion. The food was good and our chef Rodger was wonderful. He was very entertaining and tried to work with our food preferences. The rice was especially good.
One of the best places in town for fresh sushi. We only have nigiri and sashimi when going to a sushi restaurant to assess their sushi preparation and fish freshness. This place never disappoints. Service is also very quick and staff are very responsive!
