We stopped by with our kids, 17 & 12, on our way to Cincinnati. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, and the restaurant were all top notch. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable about their bourbon. We would go again and recommend.
My wife and I stayed at the Galt House for my birthday trip to Louisville, KY to tour some of the distilleries there. We ended up at Jockey Silks 3 nights out of 4 and had a great experience every time. Nathalie greeted us the first night with a nice smile and personality. We got some cocktail advice from Trevor at the bar the next night and just had some drinks. Our last night we had the pleasure of both Nathalie and Rudelsy serving us and they both made dining there a real pleasure. The food was very good. Some of the items we tried were the Cheeseburger, wings, spinach and artichoke dip and pecan pie with ice cream. The cheeseburger was nice and hot, the tortilla chips for the dip were not overloaded with salt like some places do and the dip itself wasn't overly chunky. The pecan pie was yum! And most importantly - the sweet iced tea was good! Nice and sweet and I believe it was actually brewed tea (not concentrate). We also had various cocktails and wines and they were tasty/excellent as well. Overall, our entire stay at he Galt House and Louisville was excellent. We also had an excellent meal at Swizzles (but that's another review). I'll conclude with another shout-out to Nathalie, Rudelsy and Trevor for enhancing our experience and we look forward to coming back someday (maybe in the fall when it's not so HOT)
Not much to say about an over priced cocktail bar, with a hotel lobby bar atmosphere. The employees seemed uninterested, probably because of lack of guests. Could be a neat place, but needs tons of improvements. If you are to attract business clients post covid, I would recommend the staff and management look professional.
My boyfriend and I were driving through on our way home from Nashville. We wanted some wings and they came highly recommended. We looked up the rest of the menu and we were sold by the selection and the price. When we came in we were amazed at how nice the place was and we were met with an equally amazing staff. Our server, Rudelsy was beyond accommodating and friendly. She made the dinner even better! We will definitely be back!
This is a really nice place to stop and relax. Very cozy and inviting. The staff was super friendly. Great cocktails. I had a flight of Old Forester. Yum. The wife and I shared a piece of derby pie, and it hit the spot. Take the time to stop in here for a drink and a bite. Cool place.
Went here on Mon night - over 30 min and no drinks or any attention from waitress. Worst service experience ever. Avoid this place! Thanks for the reply. To be more specific, we arrived a few minutes after 8pm and left just after 8:40pm. It was very busy. We were handed menus when we arrived and no one came back for the entire rest of the time - I was being generous with the 30 min it was actually over 40 min - no drinks, not even a glass of water. We noticed several tables were also sitting without food or beverages so we gave up and left.
Jace makes the best drinks! I had the Oaks Philly Mule and it was very refreshing. Love the atmosphere and the staff. Definitely recommend!
Great service from our server Aniyah. Very friendly and a great smile! Food was excellent. Drinks were delicious and strong.
Visited Jockey Silks for lunch. The food, atmosphere and service was amazing! Phoebe took great care of us and I have to brag on her! We can’t wait to return!
We had the best time. Phoebe made our dining experience the best ever. The food was amazing. Kevin makes great drinks
