Definitely the best Jimmy John's in the country..My Sandwich was so perfect, it felt wrong to eat it... But, it was so Friggn Good... Thanks for the speedy service and GREAT TASTING sandwich..
This is right in the middle of downtown Louisville. Easy parking. Close proximity to distilleries was very good lunch.
This used to be our favorite Jimmy John's location to get our subs until yesterday. Service with Brandon the order taker was terrible and he was extremely rude to myself & my husband!!! When ordering at the end when my husband was asking me if we wanted to add chips and drink the guy rudely yelled louder about wanting anything else as if we were taking to long so we opted not to based on his attitude. We ordered our subs together and paid together.....however they were slapped on the counter separate with no napkins no bag. We have been to this establishment before & never been told to get it ourselves. No sign posted said this was a self service establishment. We passed 3 other locations to eat at this one yesterday and felt like it was a mistake afterwards due to Brandon and his rude attitude. I was going to leave 4 stars but dude had us upset when we left yesterday.
I order from this JJ frequently- I work downtown and it's quick, fast, and easy. The food and delivery service is always great. Most recently, a drink was wrong and I asked if the driver could bring the correct drink back when they brought another delivery to my work. The correct drink was delivered and the driver was polite about everything! I like to make a point when anyone does anything out of the ordinary anymore, so thank you for that! 10/10 will dine here again.
I've been ordering dine-in and carry-out from here 5 or 6 times a year since 2018. My orders have always been ready, correct, and we'll made!The employees are great too! The customer service has always been fantastic no matter how busy they are.I can't have #gluten or dairy and I've never had a problem with my orders. I get the Unwich and customizing my order online is really easy.Get the app!
They need more parking. It was hardly anywhere to stand while waiting for my to go order.
Incredibly rude manager. Order was delivered timely, but no instructions were followed. No requests were honored though they asked on the order form . Why ask if they are too busy to provide the service.Do better!
This past Sunday my order wasn't the best I've received from this location. My sandwich was on stale bread and my chips were partly opened and they were stale too. I was surprised because I've never received a sandwich from you all, that was poorly made. I took a couple of bits and couldn't finish it.
This is a no brainer. Been to this location many times over the past 4 years. It's my Friday night WWE dinner. My neighbor and I share this night every Friday. Food..pop .big screen and booming sound system..Jimmy John's always welcome.
This is MY FAVORITE location in Louisville!!!! Y’all ALWAYS make my sandwiches to perfection and I appreciate that I drive from La Grange just to get my Jimmy’s fix !
