My husband and I just returned from picking up our order that we placed on the app, where my husband included a request for a joke to be written on his bag. Not only was my sandwhich falling apart to the point I needed a fork to eat it, but the joke they included was just to insult my order that they didn't even properly put together. This was our first time going to this location and we will not be returning.
The food was OK. The staff was complaining about the tips from all there orders. I remember tips was given as a well deserved service, not force or pressure on everyone. I was wondering what they did to deserved a tip because Jersey Mike's is paying them to make my order. I wish the tip jar and tip spot on the receipt would disappear would be great. Unless Jersey Mike's is paying them under minimum wage which they are advertising over $10+ hour.
Slow, gross, incorrect order and horrible attitudes. Only a few other guests but they were still 30 min delayed in making my order from when it was supposed to be ready, which was 50 min from when I just finally gave up and left. Some of the order was made but was incorrect. I chose just to leave and they were unable to refund my money, telling me it would be 3 to 5 days after they called somebody. Scraps of food we’re all over the counter, as they slid sandwiches all the way from the food station to the register before putting it on a wax paper. Extremely gross and unsanitary. This location has consistently been this way for awhile. I knew the prior owner before it was sold and she would be embarrassed to have anything to do with the store.
Ordered the NEW giant grilled portabella mushroom and Swiss on rosemary bread to split with my wife. Not only did they give me wheat bread Instead of what I asked for but you can clearly see by the picture that MY half of the GIANT had hardly anything on it. For 15 dollars I would expect to pay for something more than just bread. After I looked over the sandwich I decided to call and speak to the manager… He was Aloof and unresponsive. Won’t be going back.

This jersey mikes was descent just depends on who makes the sandwich.I’ve had better made sandwiches in other areas and other states.I wouldn’t go back to this one though!
Best subs for adults. Hands down, no contest best sandwich in town. Hand sliced deli meats prepared to order, with preferred thickness, and their bread is limp like subway or too hard like Jimmy John. Just the best thing next to making it myself!
I went in to order and not ONE of the workers had a mask in. I waited in line until one started hacking his head off coughing and decided it was NoT a good risk. NO THANKS. Put a freaking mask on your workers.
Called order in when we got there hot sub was not ready. Waited almost 20 minutes while walk ins were being taken care of. I ordered the philly cheese steak it had no cheese and was dry as heck terrible sandwich!!!! The Italian was a cold mess. Would have taken them back but the traffic was terrible. Normally we love jersey mikes but never again!!!
Not to many chain restaurants I'll go to but Jersey Mike's is one I always go to when craving a great cold cut sub or even a good Philly cheesesteak. Never had a bad experience at this location I frequent pretty often
