The management was too consumed with dealing with a celebrity that was eating there. They failed to perform adequate service to the other people dining at the same time as the celebrity. The food was good, but the service was so bad, it ruined our evening. Itâs a real shame, and truly unprofessional that a restaurant of this quality could perform at such a low level. I will never return to that location, and may even write a letter to Mr. Ruby himself.

On vacation with my cousin and her husband. We decided to make reservations for one night of our trip for a special meal- this was definitely wonderful. Then service was outstanding as was the food. WE wish we wold have had room for dessert. My husband and I could have split a dinner, but we took leftovers home and it will make its way back to Wisconsin in our cooler for dinner tomorrow night. thanks!

Great. Chris treated us with desert for our 46th anniversary. Food was amazing. Got a filet and burger. Servers were awesome.

Wonderful Miami roll to start. Freddie salad was good, not great. Expected bowl to be chilled thus salad was not as cold as I prefer. Petite filet was perfectly cooked and delicious. Halibut for my spouse was fine but nothing unique. Overall still pleased yet believe it can be even better. Will give it another try.

The food and drinks were great as they always are, but smaller portions for much more in price. Would've normally been offered a dessert to split for the special occasion, but none was offered on this visit. The service was okay, not that friendly. Seemed to be spread too thin. Probably won't go back too soon.
Just absolutely solid from start to finish. It is a must.
