The burger was really good and the shoestring fries were well seasoned. a little pricey for what you get and the fact that they are currently drive thru only means you'll be waiting for a while but overall not a bad experience I'd driven by it a few times and figured I'd try it and wasn't disappointed other than wait time.

The place is overrated. Not much flavor in the meat and the fries are not good if they are not fresh out of the fryer. The burger my wife had ordered had half of a tomato on it. Like literally whoever sliced it just like cut a tomato in half and the slice of avocado was about the same. I wouldnt come here again. Also the drive thru moves very slow. When i saw the employees taking the orders from outside i thought the line would move quickly like chic fil a but i was wrong.
My burger was great, one of the best fast food burgers around. The Mac and cheese was pretty average. The staff was nice, but the drive thrust only set up frustrated me. It was the first time I’d been, the staff is outside taking orders so far in front of the menu board that you can’t read it. There is a QR code, but once you realize the menu problem it’s too late and you are too far away to scan it. You are also holding up the line, which moves quite fast, trying to pull up the menu on a phone.
By far the best food in town! Quick service with a smile. And speedy at the pickup window. I got everything I ordered and it was very hot. I would give it 10 stars.
Food was pretty good. Burgers are a little on the messy side.Service was great, I always see a lineup of cars. Don't let that fool you, the line goes quick. The staff were really nice and helpful.Would go again!
Visited with my wife today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff who served with a smile, as well as delicious food that seemed too good to be fast food! I was very thankful that the doors were open to walk in and get extra sauce or something, unlike Cane’s who won’t even let you in the restaurant if they got your order wrong.. However, I would love to see the dining room opened soon! Lastly, it was nice to see smiling employees who weren’t covered with a mask :)
I had never tried Jaggers but decided to go out on a limb and try something new. I wish I hadn’t. I ordered their spicy crispy chicken sandwich, tots, and salad. The chicken was not cooked all the way through. I threw it out. The lettuce in the salad was mostly yellow and romaine hearts. The fruit on the salad seemed fresh and tots were good. Wouldn’t go back again.
Went for late night meal after cheer practice with my daughter only to get cold food, buns brick hard, cheese nowhere near melted, cold fries? all to be found out once we hit the highway headed home. Spoke with manager gave her my email to receive coupons and till this day no coupons and a big waste of money! Thanks Jaggers for your unpleasing service.
