I usually get insomnia delivered but decided to place an online order and pick it up. The young men working their were kind and friendly. Made my order fresh and were prompt about it being on time. Great service and simply delicious.
FREE COOKIES! The staff was a party and a half and kept us entertained while they were preparing our items. Since we were graduates, we got our treats on the house!
This was my first time going to this Insomnia cookie place.While ordering I found that cashier trainer was very rude and needs to work on her people skills.After placing order I step to side while they started my order which included 2 ice cream sandwiches and 1/2 dozen cookie order. After they finished 2 ice cream sandwiches they went to next order leaving my order just setting melting. So I asked how or why would you start preparing someone else’s order without finishing mine that’s already been started.I was very polite when asking not yelling or anything.Lead or trainer told me to just chill will get you finished shortly. I asked was that the correct way to talk to a customer that not causing trouble.When I finally got order and went to car ice cream melted and leaking out container.Not the best experience for 1 st time customer.
The crew was chilling while online orders were piling up. I waited over 30 minutes then the time I quoted. Becca was the only one working hard while giving good customer service. She deserve a award. Thanks Becca! Bless you.
Pure disappointment. First of all tgey arent open until 3am they closed at 12am tonight so they need to update the time on here and google. The cookies were not warm as advertiesd they were cold and hard and they didnt have most of the flavors. The girl that got our cookies touched everything and our cookies with no gloves. Just gross ?
So I met up with my son and his girlfriend at Insomnia Cookies. First time for myself. Treats were pretty good, rich littles yummies! A little pricey, but for the new experience and the company I had with me, I thoroughly enjoyed every second of it! It is in a great location too, right on UofL campus, which could make for a cool date night/day out, because you can easily grab a treat and then head on downtown for a walk by the river or any number of fun things! Could use a bit of a makeover at that location, but all in all a fun yummy place!
First I would like to say that I didn't not want cookies, I just was craving ice cream at 11pm and nothing was open. Ordered online for pick up. Two ice cream cups, one with topping. They were just finishing my order when I walked in. Got half way home and realized the ice cream that should've had toppings (that I had to pay and extra $1 for) were missing. It was late didn't feel like driving back. Ice cream was good but the girls working did not seem very happy to work.
The delivery problems are OBVIOUS. Let's talk about the HALF-BAKED, MUSHY cookies they continue to serve? The cookies fall apart before u can get then out of the box. Never ordering from this location again.
When this place first open I was truly amazed five star Easy but now that it is up and running it is kind of mellowed out cookies are still good but somehow don't seem as fresh as when they first opened they still are truly amazing and really good would not pass one up actually interested in opening a franchise location myself if possible?
My 2 star rating is because of the tiny size of the cookies they sell for $2.00 each . That's just disgusting. I'd rather go to Kroger and buy cookie dough and make my own . Definitely NOT worth it. I won't be back ?
