They are always so friendly and have the best and fresh ingredients. Go get you one right now. They are delicious and huge. Perfect treat for any day.
Went for the first time today and it was a fun little shaved ice shop. The flavor combinations were vast and the portion size was more than I could handle even for the kid size. Friendly service was the cherry on top. Fun family outing, but I’d definitely sneak off for a cheeky shaved ice on my own too!

Don't go to this place!! Not only is it run down and old, but, This place is ran by Jose bonilla! He is a horrible business man!! He is never open and he chooses when he wants to work. Not only that, but he is very rude and doesn't seem to care about anyone except his self. He literally said "oh, well, on to the next person" and stopped communication. He is definitely not a people person and shouldn't be running the place!! He needs a business education asap! Don't be fooled by the good reviews done by his friends and family!!
Not a good look to be passive aggressive to customers who ask a question for months and get lied to about it .
The weather was the only thing that made it a 4. If it was not as hot as it was that would have made it a 5. So was not you was mother nature.
Generally I would recommend them however the past two times we have gone within hours of operation they haven’t been open. I understand that there is a employee shortage but we have been highly upset that we didn’t get our fix.
I don’t care for snowcones, but this place definitely changed my mind! I usually love it here.. but tonight it was SWARMING with hundreds of bees. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Completely took my appetite away. The people that were there weren’t even getting out of their cars.. the worker was walking people their order.. and she looked just as terrified as they did. Would NOT recommend. Food places should have a bug shield!

Generally, we love this place. Only one person working today and the person chooses to entertain guests rather than effectively working on orders. Won’t be back!
