The staff was very nice and the ice cream was good. But the soft drink machine is broken, our feet stuck to the floor and the bathroom was very dirty.
Have had many great pies from this place, but, the last several times I've been here is gone from bad to worse. I just purchased a while key lime pie, and, it's not only the worst key lime pie I've ever had, it's one of the worst pies I've ever had. Crust was stuck to the bottom of the pan, couldn't get it out in one piece. The crust was ground very (too) course and overwhelmed the filling. The filling didn't resemble any key lime pie I've ever had. I've had frozen supermarket key lime pies(mostly yuck) better than this one. If you love key lime pie for its subtle tart, sultry creamy filling, don't waste your time or money on this one.
Awesome Order! I had a bizarre yet important Sweet 16 birthday "cake" order and they fulfilled it with no questions asked! Cookie cake and buckeyes! My daughter was so happy!! The folks also put it in a perfect easy to carry container.
I came in for some cake. All they had was whole cakes. So when I asked for them to slice a cake that I wanted they refused to do so. I wanted to get 3 slices of the same cake. They had a cake they could slice, but wanted me to get what they already had, which was not any kind of cake I like

The worst Homemade Ice cream & Pie kitchen. Carmel cake was dry. Staff was nice.

Love this location. The staff and management are fantastic. The treats are always great. Whether we need a cake for a celebration or just some ice cream or pie for a quick treat this is our favorite place. Try the cookies and cream ice cream. That is our favorite.
Visit this location, especially if Jordan is there! She was phenomenal - she showed such patience with my little kids when they were trying to decide what they wanted and she was so engaged with them, smiled often and talked with them. We were celebrating my little boy's birthday and she was so excited with him. You can tell she really enjoys where she works. Homemade Pie Kitchen execs - Jordan represents your company well!!
My favorite dessert shop in town! The banana pudding is wonderful! Jordan is so sweet and friendly. The staff is always so helpful and kind anytime we come.
