Well…. My husband and I attempted to eat here this morning. Website, Google, Facebook all says they open at 11am. Drove by and the restaurant is dark and their open sign was off. Attempted to call. No answer. If the hours are incorrect then please update.
We just came from having dinner at The Middletown location. It was always one of our favorite burgers in town. Tonight it was horrible. The burgers were overcooked and falling apart because it was probably pressed down too hard. It was so overcooked that it had no flavor. The only ketchup available were packets of cheap horrible generic ketchup, not the good brands that they used to have on the tables. The straws for your drinks were unwrapped and unsanitary. I'm sure it's against health codes to have unwrapped straws for everyone to touch and then put in your mouth. I'm sorry to say the way things at your restaurant that we probably won't be back.
Ordering took 4 tries. Then burgers were still wrong. Ordered Cajun fries,but we're not. Then asked for Cajun seasoning and the manager said go ahead, but ,"the ticket didn't say Cajun" but my ticket did. Then most outraged I ordered a side of slaw ($2.49), and got a condiment cup of slaw (1 spoonful). Asked if this was a order, and the manager said that's how it comes and turned her back.
What happened to this place? I understand everyone is short of staff but this place disgusting. Dirty restrooms, filthy floors, the door handle looks like has never been cleaned. It use to be nice place. Never again.
Great burgers. Great fries. What else can I say.
Food is delicious! I will admit the person taking out order seemed a little...not with the program, and they only had a couple people working so service was slow, but it's worth the wait.
Burger was burnt. Regular fry was half the size in the basket. Paid for a large fry. Tables were not clean. Tomato slice still had the crown. Training needed for order placement.I’ve always supported Home Run, will go to 5 Guys Next time for sure
This place is the bomb dot com. If you're in the market for a burger that taste like it home cooked. The food is always made to order, the prices aren't bad, and the staff is great. Definitely recommend!!!
Was greeted with a smile. And the food was fresh and delicious
This was my first time eating here and I was very well pleased! This is the first restaurant to actually make cajun style fries and they actually taste like cajun style fries. The seasoning was on point. ? The hamburger itself was very big and I stayed full for a couple of hours after the meal.
