Reminds me of 5 guys. Their freezer wasn't working so of the big menu they had, we had a choice of a hamburger or fries. Thats it. The bacon on the fries taste like its been setting under heat in a pan for 6 hours. Disgusting and dried out. The burgers were decent and employees were nice. I'm a hot dog lover, dont really care for burgers but the kids all wanted burgers so.. fix that freezer and use fresh bacon, and you'll rate better ;-)
Food was fine, nothing special. We got a hamburger with fries and a kids tenders… they were stingy with the fries. Kind of overpriced IMO. However the place was filthy. The floors caked with grease and sticky, bathroom just dirty and smelled bad, no soap in dispenser…
Made to order. Fries were nearly identical to Penn Station and while the veggie burger didn't look appetizing it actually tasted pretty good! Ordered food for our office over the phone. Person who took the order was friendly and efficient. Our order was ready for pick up within 10 minutes. Every special request was correct. Food was hot and delicious!
I really like their food but you got to get there early because they tend to run out of ingredients. In my visits they've run out of buns, bacon, chilli and fries. But the food is good.
Great food and service. Each plate we got was short a topping. Missing bacon for instance or mayo. Otherwise was very good, clean, and they got us our food fast.
After having all my food wrong about 8 months ago I thought I would give them another try. Boy was I wrong again. They didn't put bacon on any of the three bacon burgers I ordered, there was no cheese sauce for the fries we ordered which by the way were old and hard. Onion straws that are were suppose to be on the burger were basically onions they attempted to fry with no crust. Basically horrible food like it was 8 months ago. Clearly there will never be any improvement! Don't waste your time!
I went in late. They were 5 minutes before they close and service was awesome. It has been my experience that they are always polite and very pleasant to deal with... oh yeah the burger and frys were great
The food was falling apart when I got it. I ordered a large fry and they gave me a normal size that was under filled. The service was poor and not friendly. They seemed annoyed that someone was ordering food instead of letting them have a break. The restaurant was dirty and the food took a while to receive. The food tasted fine and that was the only positive out of the experience.
The staff was friendly, but otherwise it was nothing special. The burger was fine, chicken tenders were okay, the chili cheese fries were cold, and the grilled cheese was barely cooked and not at all melted.
