Super yummy, great vibe. I was traveling and needed some comfort before heading out again. They don’t disappoint!

My wife and I ate here for breakfast after a nice stroll through Cherokee Park. The food was great, especially the banana and berries pancake. Will definitely stop in again the next time we're in Louisville.

Our group of 8 tried Highland Morning for breakfast one morning after strolling past it on an afternoon walk. It was AHHHHMAZING!!! Catherine took fantastic care of us... she is a true Rockstar! The food and service was so good, we went back the next morning to try all the things we had checked out the day before!! Needless to say, the second trip was just as awesome as the first one!! If you're in Louisville for breakfast.... eat here!! If you're not in Louisville for breakfast, drive until you are and eat here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I stopped in for a breakfast while visiting the area. Overall, a really great spot. Pros: Generous portion sizes, creative menu, not overpriced, relaxed atmosphere. Cons: They were out of a couple things on the menu, which likely isn't their fault but nonetheless. The dining areas were both very warm and that made it a bit uncomfortable. We shared the chorizo eggs benedict and the lemon pancakes. The benedict was a bit light on the avocado and chorizo, but overall still enjoyable. The lemon pancakes look like they would have been sickenly sweet, but because they make the topping with yogurt they were absolutely perfect. Obviously a sharable portion too, as we couldn't even finish. We'd like to come back someday and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, delicious, and not overpriced breakfast.

What an amazing find down the street from our AIRBNB. Hunter our server was wonderful. She was a wealth of knowledge on places to eat and things to do. Her recommendations were 10/10 and we did most of them. Being from the Texas we know what good biscuits and gravy are, they were amazing!!!!!!! A must check out place!

Very quaint restaurant with tasty food! Plenty of traditional breakfast items and some specialty offering with a little higher prices. Delicious breakfast sangria! Vegetarian friendly but did not seem like any vegan choices.

I ordered a club sandwich and some home fries. My little brother had an eggs Benedict he seemed to enjoy. Food was fresh and came out pretty quick. Coffee served hot and topped off often. Servers very polite. My only complaint would have to be the servings of home fries were a bit small. I did accidentally leave a credit card which they kept safe for me. Appreciate it!

We decided to have brunch here and it was SO good! One of the best meals I had while I was in Louisville. The service was also great, even though they were very busy. I would highly recommend Highland Morning to anyone!P.S. Get the Kentucky Not Brown...you won't regret it.

What a great place!! Incredibly busy, yet we were seated and served expeditiously. The menu had so many great offerings that I will take at least a dozen more trips to try all the things we wanted to try. The Gravy & Biscuit. Omelette was fabulous and the Wake Me Up Omelette was super tasty. The servers were friendly and my coffee cup stayed full. The prices and portion sizes were a match.

Always fast and friendly service, and GREAT food. I had the Baja Benedict and my spouse had the stuffed French toast. The food was hot, cooked to perfection, and tasted GREAT! We sat outside in the morning sunshine (it was gorgeous) and walked from home. I brought my coffee with me because I have a drinking problem and have to have coffee when I walk in the morning. Our server was truly wonderful, and she and the other staff folks worked together to keep glasses filled and to be available. Street parking only, but there is lots available and it is less than a mile from my house. Loved it (again)!
