The employees are wonderful and always do a great job. The company itself, I have issues with. They are paying their baristas $9.25 an hour, with no health benefits or any benefits really. They have been raising prices on drinks every year the past 3 or 4 years, while the quality of their drinks has gotten worse and worse due to the low morale of their workers and corporate's lack of care to keep up with the quality. I don't blame the workers at all. Get it together, Heine brothers.
Great coffee, great service and very kind staff. Everything was clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend for a local taste!

The baristas here are always so friendly and have something yummy to recommend. This shop is the perfect place to get away from the bustle of Bardstown Rd for a bit as well.
Love to come here after school to study! The atmosphere is really great and usually the employees are really friendly. Their signature drinks are amazing, and sometimes I'll go out of my way to grab one of their hot chocolates. Great business, great coffee, great place!

Great staff, good coffee. There is a decent amount of in café sitting and they have a small patio too.
