Awesome food as always. Simple menu

The Mac and Cheese was cold. The brisket was dry. Did not have ribs. Even Zaxby’s gives you sauce. They charge for it.

great food!! pork was really tender!!

I have been to 3 different Guy Fiere’s restaurants and have loved them until this one. I was a little reluctant reading the reviews but thought I’d try it anyway. Believe the reviews. At best the food is just meh! Definitely not the quality expected! There are no prices listed except for the per 1/2 lb. The staff behind the counter was very nice. The jerk at the bar was very rude and inefficient. Got the pulled pork sandwich and a Mac N cheese and it was over $20.00. The bun is even just cold out of the pack. Not if that wasn’t bad enough but later that night I vomited and squirted like a crippled coon! Thanks Guy! This place is an embarrassment to your name!

Overall just average bbq. Not what I expected from the “Flavor town guy”. The brisket had a nice smoked flavor but lacked salt and pepper. It also was near dry. Prime briskets are usually juicier. Also I don’t think they spend much time trimming briskets. I had a thick layer of fat on mine that would never render and become succulent. Seemed lazy and sloppy to me. Not quality. The pulled pork again lacked seasoning, but had A nice Smokey flavor and bordered on the dry side. I didn’t know you could dry out a pork butt. I added some of his signature sauce and it helped. The sauce was a bit vinegary and had no trace of bourbon flavor for a sauce billed as a bourbon and brown sugar sauce. I still liked it though. The Turkey was pretty good but again bordered on the dry side. It was seasoned well and super tender. The Mac n cheese was good but many of the noodles were hard out had dry sections. Sadly in this bbq joint the sweet tea was the best thing I had. I just expected more since I have found many lesser named joints that took their bbq serious and played and a much higher level than Guys.

It’s fine. It’s good BBQ but nothing to write home about. The service was quick and the people were friendly. Located in 4th Street Live. A lively area.

We ordered the turkey and pulled pork, both were average at best. The baked beans were below par, they could have opened a can of Bush's beans and it would have been better. Draft beer is over priced. This is a tourist trap.

Stand in line to get your food. Stand in line to get a drink. By the time we'd done the latter, our food was room temp (so get drinks first, post a sentry, and then go for the grub). The setup seems designed to minimize the requirements for staff, and to get patrons to do as much of the work as possible. While others in our party liked the food, I found my brisket to be mediocre. About 25% of the "meat" was just fat. Brisket is always fatty, but this was crazy. The mac-and-cheese side had some interesting heat, and the sauces for the meat were pretty good. Heaven help the vegetarian or vegan in your party. Potato salad is a close as you get to a vegetable. The prices were also reasonable. So go with low expectations, and you'll be fine.

Such a disappointment, have eaten here several times in the past. Hadn't been here since the pandemic started. Was shocked it was order at the counter and a very shortened menu. But thought go ahead and give it a try, had never been disappointed before. Huge mistake, the food was cold. The pork butt was more fat than pork. Will be awhile before I go back. If ever!Come on Guy you are better than this.

We were excited to try Guy’s bbq. However it ended up being one step above fast food. It is a cross between a lame bar and a cafeteria. The food quality was that of a frozen dinner or leftovers. I DO NOT recommend this place if you really like bbq.
