I am so bummed. This place USED to be my absolute favorite. For the past few years, I have gotten salads from Green District several times a month. Today, I went in for my usual and they put pre-chopped lettuce in the bowl and put the toppings on top and handed it over. I asked if they were going to chop everything and mix it all together and they said corporate changed the way they do things a couple of weeks ago. The lettuce is now prechopped and toppings are placed on top... no chopping up toppings... no mixing together. That's what made Green District salads so awesome and different from their competitors! If I wanted a "corporate" salad I would just go to a Panera and not have to fight for parking. Sadly, unless I hear they go back to the old way of doing things, that was my last Green District salad. I'll go find a basic "corporate" salad somewhere else.P.S. Blueberry vinaigrette had also been watered down. :(
Fast Friendly service. Employees very outgoing and were customer oriented. Have never had a bad experience here and Will Continue To Get Salads. from here. As far as I'm concerned this is the best shop for salads in St Matthews. Keep up the GREAT WORK.
Disappointed. Asked and paid for extra dressing, did not receive and salad not chopped or mixed.I loved this place because of the chopped salads! What happened?
Completely unacceptable! I ordered the 502 with extra ranch and as a combo. I was missing my extra ranch, the pita and hummus, and my drink. I was told to grab a cup for my drink. The lids did not fit the cups that were out. I asked the staff and they said "just hold it on there". Not happening, not spilling it in my car. I was handed a container with ranch and no lid wrapped in saran wrap. This would later leak in my bag on the drive home. My salad was missing the croutons, crispy onions and bbq sauce that it is supposed to come with. The other salad was a Build your own, it was literally just kale and egg and was was missing all of the other toppings. We spent $14 for a bowl of kale and a hard boiled egg...if you're out of ingredients, update your website, or at the very least, let the customers know so they can be replaced.
I was excited to try this place but doubt I’ll be back. Salad was pretty small and WAY overpriced for what you get. On mine they used the wrong dressing and left off the topping (I got the kale and didn’t request any changes), and there were olive pits in the salad.Staff was nice, though!
Another great day at Green District. I had the What About Cobb wrap?delish…every ingredient was fresh. See you guys tomorrow?
Honestly this is probably not a restaurant I would have ever tried if I hadn't gotten an offer for a free salad or wrap. But I'm really glad I did because it was absolutely delicious I'm not a wrap person but I really enjoyed the Thai wrap.
The fruit might be forbidden but that's because it tastes so sweet! My go to at GD is the Forbidden Fruit, if you're a thicc boy like me trying to trim the waist line you can't go wrong.
I'm not a salad or healthy eating person, but wooow. Green District is sooo good. I can easily visit this place every week.
One of my top favorite restaurants! Middletown location is my favorite just because everyone in there is always so polite and the inside is really nice and clean. They are very focused and concerned about your order being correct too which is awesome!
