Every single staff member was so wholesome. People here actually care about their job, showing so much enthusiasm and interacting positively with customers. Very welcoming environment! Amelia specifically was extremely kind and made the perfect shake :)

Delicious Ice Cream!When another place failed to sell me ice cream ("I'm only doing ice cream for mobile orders right now") I searched for ice cream in Louisville because I had promised my 7 year old ice cream after dinner.Luckily Google lead me to Graeter's! The ice cream is delicious and not only were the staff kind, but every customer was nice as well!We got recommendations from different customers. My daughter picked mint chip because she loves the flavor, and since so many people seemed to love it I got the black raspberry chip even though I hadn't initially planned to partake.It's fabulous! If you want ice cream (or just something sweet) in Louisville you won't go wrong with Graeter's!
The absolute best chocolate milkshake ever (made with chocolate ice cream)!
Very hit-or-miss. The ice cream is usually good, though not spectacular. The milkshakes are watery, but not bad enough to send back. Everything's a little on the expensive side. Interior acoustics make this place loud if even a single group's having a good time, but there's outside seating... right next to a busy intersection.This place has a weird vibe on the inside. It's hard to put my finger on why, but in a sense, I oddly don't feel welcome. Like as if I can feel someone loathes me in there. It's very unsettling, and it's the only store I've ever been to that makes me feel that way.Come here for a mediocre ice cream experience that's hard to succinctly explain why exactly it's bad. Or don't, because other ice cream shops probably don't have a creepy, hostile vibe.

I've enjoyed Graeter's pints from the grocery store but had never been to a stand-alone location. Definitely worth it. The store was slammed the day I visited, but staff worked though the lines quickly. Their fresh icecream is soft and creamy. If yoy get a flavor with chocolate chips, know their chocolate pieces really melt in the mouth. I'll likely stop by again.
The best ice cream in town! Most of it is made without corn syrup.....just high quality ingredients.
