The staffs are soo nice and the ice cream is delicious.
Ordered a single dip waffle cone , when they handed to me it was melted and running down the sides. Asked them about it and was told that’s how that flavor. I’ve ordered the same thing every time I come here. Could not eat it , it was a mess. I’m not very happy
It's great ice cream. Any of their "chip" flavors are actually more like "chunk". The consistency of the chocolate is really nice. All of their flavors are good, but the black raspberry chip is truly special. As a connoisseur of ice cream, I can say that there really is not much else like it anywhere. Kilwin's might have a flavor or two to rival it, but not likely. The balance of sour, sweet, and smooth chocolate is hard to find elsewhere. Price point is what you would expect for a premium product. There is usually a line, but there is usually service to match and they are staffed to support the volume.
Where is the ice cream?The ice cream as we all know it’s good. However, when you purchase a double scoop multiple times and the ice cream consistently, barely clears the top of the cone, something is definitely wrong-Poor management.Buy your own ice cream and get your own cones so you will get your moneys worth. The first pic is the way it should be and the second sorry pic is what you get when you go to graeters – especially the one in Springhurst. I won’t be going back-I’m going to check into comfy cow and some of the others and see where they are with their generosity.
Great ice cream and environment. Friendly staff and service was super quick. Great place to stop by whenever. Certainly going back. Wish more of them were around.

Good ice creams! Many flavors to choose from. They are not cheap. It has benches outside that are confortable.

Good selection, my kiddo loved the birthday cake ice cream. I enjoyed the cookie dough. Overall I think the ice cream is well priced, the location is clean. Little bit confusing order line but overall it works.
