Hands down the absolute best London Mules (Gin Mules) in the city. Every single bartender has served the same tasting Mule since I've been coming. Highly recommend.
Went there to see a band called Jameron. Great band whose music was ruined by the obnoxiously loud volume, which made it impossible to hear the instruments clearly. I had seen that band at Poorcastle (which is a big stage) and the comparison was like night and day. To be fair the cavernous aspect of the stage room may not help, but the volume was entirely unnecessary. This effort to turn real music into a magma of noise is plaguing about 50% of live music venues, including this one. Do not say earplugs, which ruins the texture of the music. On the plus side the space is very nice with spacious adjacent lounges to hang out.
We went for the tequila test fest. Loved the atmosphere. Spacious area was surprised how big the venue was. Loved how the vendors told us history about how the tequila was made. The live bands made the tequila hit better. Will be back.
The place was ok I have a problem with my card the girl said it didn't thru but it took 28 dollar off my card then she try to tell me that it might be from my first order but it was not because I had use cash the first time . Cause I gave her a tip . I'm give it a couple day and see if it go back on my card if not I will be calling my bank. The food was good the margaritas was weak cause I have had better for a cheaper price and we had two me and my girls will not be back . The staff was nice

An amazing find for lunch, at the recommendation of Rabbit Hole staff. Tacos with a twist, using flatbread, but made of absolutely the flavorful Ingredients. The steak and cheese was incredible with tenderness of the steak. Chipotle chicken had that nice subtle smoky flavor. Just a great place to grab a bite. Fortunately we had the recommendation because it just happened to be a spot with construction around it and we would have never walked by it otherwise.
This place was great... I look forward to visiting it post-COVID19
This is my last time coming here. I used to order from here almost every week, but recently, every time I order fries they come super burnt. Same thing with my coworkers. It sucks because the food is so good, but I can't confidently recommend this restaurant to people without mentioning that the food might be burnt. On the plus side they sometimes will replace it but when you're on your break and only have a certain amount of time to eat, that's really inconvenient. Maybe they'll do better in the future but for now, I won't be back anytime soon.
Great service, amazing atmosphere, excellent food. A must try if visiting Louisville. If the rest of our trip sucks, it will have been worth it because we came to Galaxie. Agave old fashioned is innovative and a beverage perfection. Best chips I've ever had for the nachos.
